Drivers Airbag Recall / Service
Managed to get an appointment to suit me without leaving the vehicle all day.
I was pleased it was completed in the 2hr time slot and washed/ hoovered as well. However upon checking the service report claiming the washers were weak ( no water)! Also indicated the horn was inoperable (horn was working fine)! Drivers airbag was replaced so all good. No video received.

Corner cutting means will go elsewhere in future
Previously booked car service with replacement provided 4 weeks in advance
Showed on day and site had appointment in system
Rebooked for week later with no replacement car and dropped of 9.30?am
Care needed 2 new tires so I had leave my car another day appalling service
Car not cleaned internally will take my business elsewhere in future given your corner cutting in

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Rosie organised an office space to allow me to work while I waited. Unfortunately the original problem couldn’t be resolved and a new issue presented itself, one that I had been unaware of. She liaised with the techs and organised a courtesy car for me while the issue was resolved. Always great service, even when the unexpected presents itself.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our BMW from James at Sytner Wolverhampton. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy.
James made the whole process smooth and straightforward. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all our questions with confidence, and ensured we were comfortable at every stage. His attention to detail and customer care really stood out, especially during handover, where everything was well-prepared and efficiently handled.
What impressed us most was his approach. He was approachable, honest, and clearly takes pride in delivering a high level of service. It made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

Process improvements
The car was not cleaned to good condition when collecting. Plus the process between organising a warranty company to pay BMW on the works carried out was complicated. The transition between the two companies was not clear and felt difficult for the customer as I was having to facilitate conversations between the two, to enable me to get my car back on time. Great service
From reception through to the service team, everyone at Sytner Wolverhampton was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I was kept updated throughout the day, and they made sure my X6 was serviced in time for the school pickup. The new showroom looks fantastic; spacious, modern, and even equipped with dedicated desks where I could work on my laptop and take a meeting. A great experience from start to finish.

Honestly, I can not speak highly enough about the staff in Sytner Wolverhampton. Jack, Mark & especially Jason were literally a pleasure to deal with!
I have recommended friends and family to speak to them too! the car is also amazing and everything i wanted from the service to the vehicle

Can't believe they missed an oil leak on two occasions on a service then a week later when they done a wheel alignment but when mentioned they found excuses after excuses......
