MIN Approved rip off
Bought a MINI Clubman through the MINI approved used scheme from Sunningdale. Car has had to have the bonnet resprayed twice due to a poor job done in a repair by Sytner; and car was sold without a full 12 months MOT. Gave me a voucher for a free MOT but only in Sunningdale, a voucher given after they knew I lived 250 miles away.
You pay top $ through the scheme and you should get what you are paying for.
Owned 5 MINIs in last 10 years - this likely to be our last

Top level customer service and attention to detail, great service recovery for the company name.
Having recently cancelled the purchase of a car from Sytner Select Swindon (owing to poor customer service & vehicle standards), my wife and I visited Sytner MINI in Sunningdale (nearly 2 hours from home) in the hope we could purchase a car, accompanied by a better experience.
We haven't regretted that decision one bit. The level of service and respect provided by the team was impeccable, especially from Bailey who dealt with our purchase.
We experienced a hassle, pressure free environment where honest and relevant conversations were had. Likewise the quality control of the vehicles on sale was leagues above what we previously experienced.
Sytner should be proud of staff like Bailey, and maybe have him train the staff in the Swindon branch on what good customer service skills look like.
Thank you for restoring our confidence in your brand.

Just following up on my previous post - Car was repaired at ICE specialist who diagnosed a fault with the amplifier and not the radio headunit. Sytner were very quick to refund the original fee paid, so ended up being the cheapest car wash ( free ) I'd ever had. As opposed to the most expensive.

2nd to none service experienced!
Called & spoke to Ethan who was really attentive throughout our experience at this garage yesterday. A true gentleman who also offered to fast charge our EV whilst we test drove the Mini for my son - this was a personal touch & we really appreciated this since we had driven over 2 hours to view. Test drove the car with my son for 20 minutes whilst my wife & daughter were offered hot/cold drinks by Ethan. Unfortunately, the car was not able to be held for more than 4 weeks as also advised on the initial call. However, the overall experience was a pleasant one & thank you to Ethan for making this an enjoyable one!

I had a fantastic experience at Sytner Mini in Sunningdale when purchasing my new Mini Countryman. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and well looked after. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Every detail was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured.

Incompetence at every step
I purchased a new MINI Electric and every step was bad/incompetently handled
they messed up when i handed my old car back
ordered the wrong new car - colour, spec, model

To confirm the dealership Mini Sytner Sunningdale very poor customer communication not what you would expect from a Main Agent. In fact no communication at all have now taken my business to another main agent pleased to say treatment was first rate ended up buying brand new car that was in stock.

Simply The Best Sytner Sunningdale Service
Today my new Mini had it's first service at Sytner Sunningdale.
I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment at 11am and received a warm welcome from Reception.
My vehicle was to be serviced whilst I waited. The Branch was very clean and spacious with plenty of places to sit, whether it be at a table on on a comfy sofa. I wanted to work and use my laptop, so sat at one of the tables and enjoyed access to free WiFi. There was a customer refreshment area offering free drinks to customers.
Mark Jackson was my contact there and I have to say how impressed I was with the professionalism displayed by Mark and the team are at Sytner Sunningdale.
Mark was very polite, courteous and extremely customer focused. Never change and keep working your magic as from a customers perspective you're doing an amazing job. First class all the way.
