I have always found Sytner Mini Nottm very obliging and helpful , Majid in particular has now advised me on the purchase of my last 4 minis - he’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable , nothing is too much trouble .
My latest purchase was initiated in October 2021 , but delivery was delayed until March 2022 due to the global shortage of micro chip conductors.
Maj kept me informed on a regular basis of the progress of the build of the vehicle and arranged for a couple of optional extras to be fitted at my request .
Maj makes the purchase of a car very smooth and easy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Sytner Mini Nottingham to friends and family .

I recently collected my brand new mini after a long wait because of Covid and I can 100% say it was worth the wait, it's beautiful and better than expected. The service I received was first class, Liam was professional, friendly and clearly knows his stuff!

Always used Sytner Sunningdale for servicing for last 8 years so very happy to part exchange for a Used Mini from the Nottingham branch. Very good service and people. Would be 5* but I had a long wait for new car to be ready after a long journey.

We had a great time ordering our brand new Mini exclusive with you, collection of the car was a few weeks later than expected due to the chip situation. The good news is that we have a 22 plate car and the weather is better, so nicer time of the year to enjoy it. My only gripe would be the phone system for communicating with the sales personnel, I presume this is because of the pandemic and the reception staff are working from home .

The staff that we dealt with were both knowledgeable and helpful, we felt completely at ease, and were not pressured into any quick decision, having always paid cash for our other cars, having a payment plan was a new thing and this was all explained to us, and the option that suited us was easy to agree on once it was all laid out for us.
It couldn’t have been made any easier.

Part exchanged 2013 Mini for 2019 Used approved Mini.
Car interior was filthy, dust all over dashboard and seats. Had to clean thoroughly once got the car home. Once at home noticed blowing sound on exhaust, advised to take it to local Sytner Mini as Nottingham 60 miles away to check which they wanted to charge £120 and the approved 1 year warranty would only apply if there was a fault found, otherwise would have to pay the £120.
Would never use Sytner Mini again.

This was an excellent experience in buying a car. Evian who was the sales consultant was extremely helpful, honest and kept me informed of any changes to the cars delivery. Once the car arrived, Evian was able to show me everything about the car and explained all the new technology. I would highly recommend Synter Nottingham Mini if you are wanting to purchase this car. All your cost options are discussed in detail and I always felt like I was paying for what I asked for. The car is a little piece of luxury!

I have just received my third mini from Nottingham mini, as always first class customer service. Matthew Priestley sorted everything out with me and on the day of picking up my new mini very patiently went through all paperwork and a few new items to the new mini. Andreas Kyriacou was very thorough with sorting out my new finance agreement and paperwork. Again a very straight forward first class car sales experience.

From start to finish I was very impressed with Daniel and Sytner from the way they managed my initial interest in a new Mini (not too pushy, but always helpful and responsive) down to the sales process; and then through to the handover of the vehicle and the excellent condition of the ex-demo which was sold to me. There was very rapid communication whenever I asked something, with patience and care, and even dog Jasper was welcomed at handover
