Third purchase through Sytner Leicester and again it was fantastic! Fantastic communication from Paige. She is also super helpful and explains everything really clearly.
The staff all get 5 stars. However, I think Mini could have done more to compensate for the really long and unexpected lead time. I understand and events happen that can’t be predicted, but I would have appreciated a gesture!

Great experience very happy!
I had a fantastic experience buying my car with the help of Denice. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions so I went away very happy with my new car. No question was too silly and I was shown how everything worked in detail before I drove off. Denice is a real credit to the team! I wouldn’t get a car from anywhere else now.

Twice picking up a new car, been amazing!
Got my car so quickly and was presented with the car, a big bow on top, and something saying it was my car which I loved! Was shown very thoroughly how to use all the tech in the car and process of handing over was very smooth!

5 star service throughout
After spotting my mini on the new mini stock locator and contacting Sytner Leicester Mini about buying this, I have received a 5 star service throughout. Any queries I had were answered straight away and I had the mini delivered to me which was very appreciated. The handover from Shraddha was well delivered and professional. I am very pleased with my Mini so far.
