The Mini hatch JCW that was ordered originally had some components missing due to supply issues. Haidee and Tasha were very open, supportive and patient when I said I wanted to wait for a different build slot once the supply issues had been resolved. Car and delivery is/was fantastic. Having recently purchased an Approved Used MINI from Sytner in Leicester, I’d like to say a really big thank you to Joe and Danny for the outstanding service I received from them both.

Literally nothing was too much trouble, from the initial enquiry, right the way through to the handover, which made for an easy and very enjoyable experience.

Absolutely loving the car, which was presented to a very high standard, complete with bow on the roof and personalised sign in the window.

The new car was already in the showroom and, luckily, almost exactly what I would have ordered from scratch - but without the wait! Danny offered me a competitive trade in price for my existing convertible and told me everything I needed to know about the potential replacement. Although I knew that I would not be able to drive the showroom car when I visited the dealership on 7th October, Harry the Business Manager was able to let me test drive a nearly new Cooper S with the same 18" wheels and run flat tyres. (I had been concerned about the ride quality but there was no perceptible difference as compared to that of my own car with 17" wheels and higher profile tyres). I was happy to pay the deposit and proceed with the purchase. The new car was delivered to me in South-West London by Danny on 17th October, just 10 days later. I have only covered about 100 miles since then, but I am very happy with my experience to date. I should like to thank Danny, Harry and the rest of the team at Sytner Leicester for making this car purchase a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others.

Very efficient professional service

Ordered a Mini Cooper S Exclusive in February 2022, the car was delayed a few times and after 4/5 months we were told that the Mini we selected was no longer available and we were offered a choice of cancelling the car or reselect. There was no pressure from Sytner but we were very disappointed at this time but decided to go ahead and purchase a new Mini which cost us about another £3K. If I’m honest I don’t think Tasha from Sytner could have done any more as the whole situation was out of her control, it’s just the times we currently live in. We collected our new Mini in Sept 22, so far we are happy with the car but it’s early days as we have done 175 miles so far. Waiting for the hand book which we asked for a couple of weeks ago although our understanding is that they will not be available in the future, really Mini, most customers use the hand book in the first few weeks until they get more familiar with all the controls, digital books are just not the same.
