If I could give it zero stars
If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I purchased the dreaded discovery sport. I spent an average £2k a year on things that kept going wrong on it. As soon as you’ve bought the vehicle they don’t want to know. Not sure why they sold me a diesel when they knew how many miles I’d be driving in it as this question was asked at the beginning. This proved to be one of the many down falls of the car. When I took it back down there they told me it was my own fault that the DPF filter was blocked because I wasn’t going enough miles in it! Would have been a more helpful comment before selling me a diesel. The RAC and 3 seperate mechanics told me they are quite literally the worst most unreliable car on the road. I eventually gave in, lost thousands of pound and took it to we buy any car. The chap down there quickly informed me that Landrover jaguar had “its very own category” where they are priced accordingly due to their woeful engines and the fact that they are now the most easily stolen car in the UK. Please know that I am not just an unlucky customer (you only need to Google it) ‘Which Car’ have just rated them the most unreliable car on the road. I have also been contacted by a law firm who are taking JLR to court as my experience has happened to thousands of people. Oh and you will find that no garage is willing to attempt to fix your Landrover so you are forced to take it back down to JLR where they charge you hundreds of pounds just to take a look at it and then proceed to keep your vehicle for weeks / months on end without the offer of a courtesy car and then charge you thousands of pounds to fix it! It’s almost like they planned it! Hence the court case I imagine.

Had Deo from the Dealership call at my house to check the car over after a recent service.
He was really helpful, and took me through what he was doing, both visually and via the diagnostics.
I now feel the cars been properly checked over.

Home visit a big success
After initially being given a lengthy wait for a recall issue to be rectified at the dealership, we were offered a prompt home visit instead. Deo arrived on time, was extremely helpful, informative and polite and the work was completed quickly.

Deo , came to my house to update the security software on a Jag F pace.( no charge)
I was picking his brains in relation to an electrical problem with the controls on the drivers door. Deo ran some tests on his laptop and identified the likely cause of the problem. He didn’t need to do this .
He went the extra mile .

Bought a 2024 Jaguar F-Type Online
Bought a 2024 Jaguar F-Type and it has been my best car buying experience ever.
It was a Registered used (new) car (11 miles) in stock so shud have been simple and it was.
I had already seen pics and spec of the car on Sytner sales site.
Amy was my sales contact and Josh followed up with payment options.
Relevant e forms and guides were emailed immediately during convos and the whole process to pickup was carried out in 2 days.
I was also offered a transport to my home option at a reasonable price but I wanted to go get and drive back.
Amy even did the new owner registration and Road tax details for me whilst at pick up whilst I drank very nice coffee
All in all a very very happy experience and I obvs recommend this dealership
