I recently had the pleasure of working with Daisie when purchasing my new BMW, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Daisie was incredibly knowledgeable, making sure I understood all my options and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. It was clear she knew the BMW lineup inside and out.
What really stood out to me, though, was how easy it was to get in touch with her. No matter when I had a question, whether by phone or email, Daisie was always quick to respond, which really made the process stress-free. She kept me updated consistently throughout the waiting period from order to delivery, so I always knew what was happening with my car and when to expect it.
The handover was fantastic too! Daisie took the time to go over every detail of the car, making sure I was comfortable with all the features. She really made the entire process feel personal, professional, and seamless.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Daisie. She made buying a car a genuinely pleasant experience, and I highly recommend her if you're considering purchasing a BMW.

Once again my experience with sytner Chigwell and Hayder was second to none this is the 4th time dealing with them and I can honestly say it’s just a breeze over the last few years I have become some what of a good friend with Hayder always super informative all the way and never fails to make the whole process just a walk in park although I live in wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and could go closer to home to purchase my cars ,, the treatment I receive from Hayder an the team at Chigwell is just phenomenal I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Scratched the side of my car, driving too close to bushes. The Sytner Chigwell Bodyshop polished out the scratches, and now my 10 year old 740Le looks as good as new. Delighted with the result.

Extremely unhappy with the service I received at Sytner Chigwell by the sales team. I can describe it as a scam.

The salesperson, Asif, was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. From the first phone call Asif sent me an email containing photos and specifics of the car's details along with a personal video of the car running through its's features. The test drive was organised promptly and the sales process was very smooth. The additional services and benefits such as alloy wheel insurance and Gard X, which we purchased, were clearly explained.

Initially went in quite unsure about what I wanted, but met Erdem and he was so helpful and patient. He went through best options for buying with me, he was so professional but also very down to earth and easy going. I ended up buying a brand new car, initially looking for a used but new vehicle. Got to test drive the same model which was a nice touch as well. Erdem and his manager (I think?) Ed, were both great at explaining everything within a package that I brought. Went to collect my car last week and they did the whole surprise thing which was so nice, they really made the experience of buying a new car very special and I appreciate that so much, plus I’m absolutely in love with my car and couldn’t be more pleased. The communication was top, any question I had they answered. Erdem made sure I was fully set up before leaving with my new car, in terms of road tax, complimentary drive away insurance, a walk around of the car and what all the functions are for. Honestly, couldn’t rate these guys enough. Just to say the staff on reception are lovely, the showroom is clean and prior to this experience, I have taken my 1 series to have a service and MOT here and have always been looked after so I have no doubt that upon returning, I will be too. Thank you to Erdem and Ed and to the team at Sytner Chigwell!

From the start to the finish of the buying process was painless and straightforward. You feel you are being looked after and all messages left with reception staff were passed to Tony Miller(my dealer) and answered quickly. I would highly recommend the Chigwell BMW dealership.

I have been going to Sytner Chigwell for many years and have always found their staff to be efficient, helpful and courteous. Whether carrying out a service, repairs or selling a car, they are thorough in their assessments and offering the options available.

Alex and Hayder were absolutely brilliant with my purchase of the car. Alex spent time to explain the functionality clearly and concisely. They both are a credit to Sytner Chigwell team. 10out of 10 to both .

I have been a BMW customer for 16 years, and don't leave 1 star reviews lightly, but my experience with Sytner Chigwell is making me re-think my brand loyalty for the first time.

I booked my car in for an MOT today at 11am, and was planning to wait around in the local area (Costa Coffee) whilst it was worked on. However, I had some unexpected work commitments come out of the blue, and I needed to find a way to deal with these without a car.

Firstly - asked if there was an option for a courtesy car, but was told that I had to book this at least 4 weeks in advance. This seems strange, as I don't know anyone who arranges car work over 4 weeks in advance (but maybe that's just me).

Secondly - I asked if they had any timeframes for the MOT (e.g. expected finish time), so that I could plan around it. I was told that my car WASN'T EVEN GOING TO BE LOOKED AT until 5pm, which sounded great because I could deal with my work commitments and then bring the car in the afternoon. I suggested to bring the car in at 4pm (which is still an hour before they will look at it)...only to be told "I wouldn't do that if I was you".

The guy then proceeds to tell me that if they get today's jobs done fast enough, they "down tools and go home early", so there is unlikely to be anyone around if I come in at 4. This seems totally ridiculous, as it is apparent that they are just rushing through jobs so they can have an early finish.

The only option I was given was to bring it in before mid day, or he will cancel the appointment.

Seeing as there were apparently no other options, I begrudgingly agreed to bring the car in before mid day - however I logged a complaint with Sytner to advise of this poor customer experience.

This is where it gets interesting...I got a phone call around 30 mins later from the garage manager (can't remember his name), who launched into what can only be described as an attack for nearly 4 minutes. He didn't ask a single question or seek to clarify what had happened - he simply talked at me for 4 minutes, and proceeded to tell me know wrong I was!

I'm genuinely not one of these 'the customer is always right' people, because I know the customer isn't always right, but this managers approach was so aggressive and confrontational.

He said that he had listened to the call, and had reviewed what I had complained about, and focused on tiny details and nuances that he could argue against, rather than looking at the overall picture which is a pretty crap service.

I wasn't going to stand for this, so called him out on his behaviour, and asked if THIS call was being recorded - which he said yes. It's funny that his tone changed then, and somehow he managed to find multiple alternative solutions that included coming in a different times, even being able to use a meeting room on their site for my work calls etc - which is great, but it was too late for this.

We agreed to the new schedule, but after I got off the phone, I felt really anxious and uncomforatble with how I had been spoken to. I decided that I didn't even want to go to the garage any longer, so called back to cancel the appointment.

I will never step foot in that garage again, and from a lifetime value, they really are the ones losing out here.

Maybe it's time for a change from BMW to Audi.

I didn’t receive a bmw survey, so thought I would come on here to share my great experience with Fisnik, at the Chigwell branch. He is personable, knowledgeable and was lovely to deal with, so much so my brother purchased a vehicle through him a month later. Would definitely recommend him.
