Very poor customer service
Even I'm a previous customer, I faced a very slow response to my enquiry.
I enquired a video for one of the cars from their stock before a week, and didn't receive it even when they talked to me before three days to let me know that I will get the video on this day.
Today they called me to let me know that the car is reserved by another customer.

Terrible After Sales
Terrible after sales service at Swindon. Within a week of driving my 2yr old car I noticed a noise from the front axle. A long story short, it took nearly 2 months to do a 2hr fix and replace the axle. At every opportunity they went for the cheaper option of a fix causing the delay. I won't be going back.

Faulty car poor service
The Mercedes C200 was faulty from the moment I received it. The car was taken to two different places to inspect the hybrid battery, but no issues were found. However, I provided pictures of the errors on both occasions as proof, and the car even shut itself off due to a battery fault. The first error occurred just days after I collected the car.
I also had to return the car because the rear parking sensors weren’t working, and the brake fluid service light came on and had to be reset. Although they planned to send the car to Mercedes for further checks, I decided to reject the vehicle and contacted my finance company. They confirmed that I am well within my rights to reject the car, and they have raised a complaint with Sytner to either get my money back or replace the vehicle.
It's unfortunate that I had to involve the finance company, but the dealership seemed to act as if they could treat customers however they wanted after securing a sale. The salespeople were also pushy and overbearing, following me around the store as soon as I walked in. On top of that, I traded in a perfectly good car, only to end up with a faulty one, and I’m sure I’ll lose out in the end.
I dont hold much faith in the 134 point checks before sale they should have picked upo on the brake fliud and reverse sensors so i dont belive they do service them, My IT manager got a car a few weeks after me and he has been back 3 times with isusues that should have been picked up on the checks.
My advice: if you experience a major fault or ongoing issue within the first 30 days, reject the car. You have the right to do so.
Avoid the place if you can or buy online and cut out the sales people who hound and pressure you.
