Friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he confirmed the issue, summarised the work required and liaised with the warranty team for authorisation.
Back next day to complete the work without fault. Thoroughly recommend him.

Great experience at Reading Audi sales

Mobile Technician
A warning light appeared on the dash on my Audi Q2. Car was booked into the workshop but they couldn't see the car for a few weeks. I was contacted by Michael (Mobile Technician) and he came to the house and fixed the car within a couple of days. Such a great service. Having a mobile repair is so convenient and saves the hassle of driving to the dealer and arranging alternative transport etc. Highly recommended

Michael, master technician from Audi Reading, came to assess my car due to some issues I’d reported to another branch multiple times previously. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed every issue I’d reported and gave clear feedback after his assessment. He also followed up with an email after his visit. I am pleased with his service and professionalism.

I have been buying BMW and Audis for over thirty years and Audi Reading is by far the worst dealership I have ever known. After making an appointment to view a car and travelling for over an hour we were left waiting 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. We were then told that the salesman we were due to meet was too busy to help but another would help! We waited an hour in total to be finally he told that the car was unavailable to view inside or to test drive as they couldn’t get access to where the key was stored! On one positive the young man that tried to help was very polite and did apologise, but the whole experience was a shambles. We have now purchased a BMW from a dealership that did want our business.

Really Poor Experience
I am writing this review as it’s a situation that has really annoyed me and my family. My husband won’t be happy but honestly that’s his problem. We purchased a vehicle a while back and spent a lot of money in my eyes for a family car. We had endless problems with the car and the car drove more miles going back and forwards to garage - it got to the point where he actually stopped driving the car. Eventually after a period of time he sold the car back at a fairly hefty lost even though we were willing to change the vehicle and we did several times try but the dealership made a mockery of it and they’ve tried to treat my husband as if he was an idiot. Eventually someone stepped in and sorted the issue out, however it was still at a big loss for us the reason why I’m writing this review because we still haven’t replaced our family car because of this incident with these guys. My husband has now psychologically been scarred to purchase another vehicle as he has lost faith in any dealership thanks to Reading Sytner. It’s been now several months and he still refuses to purchase another vehicle. He loves his cars and to see that is very upsetting even thou it save money in the long run. That’s not the point. Thanks to these guys. We have lost out on our family vehicle and do not go out as much as we used to. The other Terrible thing they did was they offered my husband gifts for his car as a sorry, when the car got damaged or was having issues. He took a few items for him to keep the vehicle and not return the car and then they had the audacity to keep that on the vehicle once we sold it back to them and not return it to us as agreed. So all I can say is that Overall experience for this dealership has been less than kind and I would definitely not recommend them. Their attitude stinks and their behaviour stinks. Hope other customers have better luck than we did. I just hope my husband gets the opportunity to buy another car again soon. No thanks to guys
