Brilliant customer service, start to finish!
Michael has just been to replace the airbag in our car. He did it on our drive and was brilliant - on time, helpful and very friendly! It was also super convenient to have this done at home because we have twin babies, so absolutely no hassle for us. He also did a health check on the car whilst he was here. A completely different experience to Landrover!

Airbag recall
Michael, one of your Master Technicians arrived exactly on time at my home to carry out an airbag recall repair to my A6. He is a credit to your organisation, timely, professional, efficient and friendly. He completed the work swiftly and even checked the fluid levels & tyres!
Another really good aspect is the Mobile Service, really great idea for relatively 'simple' fixes, saves a lot of hassle for customers.
Thankyou for making this a really unobtrusive experience.

Airbag recall
Michael arrived at 8am to deal with airbag recall and 30 minutes later was on his way. Not only did he deal with the airbag but also checked all the oil and fluid levels, topping up as neccessary and also gave the tyres the once over. Had he had the right equipment I think he would have washed and vaccumed the car as well Thank you Michael, what a star, a good ambassador for Audi Reading.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Master Technician, Michael, on the mobile team, with a recall on my RS4. Visited twice, once to assess requirement, ordered part and returmed this morning to fit a new airbag. Very professional and knowledgeable, was also able to answer a few questions I’ve had about the car and offered great advice. So much easier to deal with at home than needing to visit the dealership. Still waiting over a week for Director to call me back after my 1st conversation, said will call me last Tuesday - to resolve my issue with my A7 after it’s return again from the dealership - nothing - I guess the BS stems from the top. This must be the way to get rid off customers wind them up so they give up and move on absolutely disgusting.
