Amazing service
Everyone that I spoke to and communicated with was great. They went above and beyond to make sure there was no hassle for myself and I got the car on the day that I requested. Amazing service and I will continue to use the branch every time and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Service and MOT was completed satisfactorily.
Booking service and MOT was simple and received eMail verification of date and time. Both requests were completed in an appropriate time. An inspection video of car underside was subsequently mailed to me for future reference.

Average, no cleaning available
I got a courtesy car as it was a safety recall. I wanted my car valeting but there was no option for this and they did not even do a simple clean and vac, which BMW do. It was expensive.

Hi There Andrew, i am glad the we were able to look after your recall for you and ensure that you got a nice courtesy car to use while the work was done, yes its true that we are no longer completing service washes on the vehicles, this is largely due to the processes that we put in place to prevent the spread of covid to reduce the number of human contacts with our customers cars, even though the pandemic has lost a lot of its momentum the majority of our customers would much prefer for us to reduce the amount contact so we have adopted this process, if you would like to have your car washed and vacced free of charge we would be happy to do that upon request. Was disappointed that the car hadn’t been cleaned upon return. Previously with Jaguar the car was always returned washed and hoovered and it was collected from home and returned. I did request a collection but was refused

Hi Karen, I am sorry that you are disappointed with the service that you have received from us, we do offer a delivery and collection service free of charge but it is upon request, we have not done service washes on cars since the pandemic, with the volume of vehicles going through our workshops raising to around 90 vehicles per day, the majority of customers would prefer to not to wait for the service wash and get back on the road. if this is something that you would like us to do in the future then mention this to the advisor on booking in and I'm sure we will accommodate the delivery and collection and a quick spruce up for you, Kind Regards Tony Gibbons General Sales Manager

Big thank you to Dan Parry for helping me choose my new A1. Wasn’t pushy at all, went through all the different options with me and explained everything clearly. Was very responsive to messages. He was so helpful from start to finish, kept me informed throughout and made sure that the transaction went through smoothly.
When collecting my new car Dan had gone to get fuel for me, all the staff were very friendly while I waited - was offered refreshments multiple times.
Have also been contacted days after collecting the car to see if everything was ok and that if I needed anything to contact him.
Would definitely recommend Dan at North Wales Audi.

It’s been a great experience but the only thing lacking is the refreshments is not accessible in the waiting area and not even biscuits or something that is available for customers considering that the waiting time more is than 1-2 hrs and not to mention that shops are not even near the showroom. Good thing that it’s summer time when I visited Audi/VW showroom,what if it’s rainy or windy season?? Or maybe your customers are diabetic or elderly? Since you don’t offer a courtesy car at the moment I think you need to consider the welfare of your customers as well. Like the Honda in Llandudno,they have got a refreshment machine for the customers that is accessible and they do offer biscuits as well for their customers(young or old)

Hi There, it is always our ambition to provide a first class professional service to our customers, I apologise to you that we have fallen short of your expectations during your visit. I agree that during this difficult time that has left the entire motor trade short of vehicles to sell to our customers, in some instances customers are having to wait over a year for delivery of their cars, we have curtesy cars on order however they are just not being delivered to us, so until we have the vehicles to supply we will just have to do the best we can with what we have, we have cornered off a large part of the showroom to make a comfortable, roomy and pleasant environment for our customers to relax with free tea or a nice latte or cappuccino for you enjoy as much as you want, we do not serve food here at the car garage but we can send out for whatever you would like to eat from the large choice of culinary establishments local to us here, we are also available to offer lifts and collections to drop you off in the lovely seaside town of Conwy or Llandudno for you to enjoy a few hours shopping or even a lovely walk along the prom.
