My car was picked up and dropped off on the dates agreed. It really did take the hassle out. And the price was exactly as expected. Great service overall! The only suggestion would be that there was very little information fed back while it was in the workshop. Although, I guess I should not complain, as that suggests it was good news, and no additional work was necessary! 😉

Good feedback regarding delays in workshop due to cars stacking up. Good advice from service booking staff regarding service schedule. Good information in dealing with service arrival and departure even though building was compromised by extensive building works.

Had my car in from last week for brake pads to being changed and a badge to be replaced, was due to have this back today - 20th April 2022, having been taken in on the 14th.

Heard nothing from them, when I called in was told by David that I am in a backlog of 30 cars, noting I had booked this work to be done 1 month ago, simply to avoid issues.

Now I am told they need to come back to me. It is really disappointing to be honest, the way in which it has been dealt with.

Just be mindful on who deals with your car, or just look for someone local.

Took a month to return the Car , but did offer an audi A1 whilst my Ferrari 488 was in for the month. I will let you draw your own conclusions...Well as the reply below , he did ring me and said he would ring me straight back the next day ..... never did of course

I was really disappointed with the quality of service of Maranello on my Maserati. The work on the car itself was largely fine, the problem was related to incomplete work done and how the return of my car was handled. My car was in for its first 2 year service, (after only 4000 miles - so not a big job) and there were only two additional tasks required, neither were completed. Maranello wanted my car for an entire week to do the service and said that during this time they would also arrange for a damaged alloy wheel to be repaired. Not only did this not get done but no one called to say that this would be a problem or update me. When I called to complain I was told that this task could never have been completed in the given time scale and no one had thought it was necessary to tell me. My biggest issue however related to the return of my car - it just didn’t happen. There was a call to my phone which I was unable to take but no message was left. An email was sent to my personal email but I didn’t see it until late in the evening due to being in meetings all afternoon and when I called at 5pm I was told it was now to late for anyone to return my car. No apology for me not having my car back for the weekend, apparently it was my fault for not answering the phone. Also no apology for their not at least making a second or third call. Then no guarantee that I could get my car returned on Monday because the drivers didn’t come out to my area on that day. I tried to collect the car myself on Saturday, called the garage three times but no one even answered the phone and there was no answer phone facility. On Monday itself I had to follow up myself and insist the car was returned that day but even that was a struggle and no real sense of urgency or understanding. Apparently all their calls are recorded, I would suggest the Maranello MD listen in. All of this fun for the specially discounted price of £1,600. It wouldn’t have been so bad if at least one of the people I talked to gave the slightest indication of caring about my need for the car being returned.

Have to say the customer service and attention that I have had over the last period has been simply outstanding. I have felt valued as a customer even before I became one. Hamzah Ahman has been simply fantastic throughout my entire customer journey. I have also had great support from Mitesh Patel, Paul Dunworth, Ian Hugget and Kim Nelson along the way. It's simply the best. If you are considering buying, these folk will look after you as if you were a family member. Dont hesitate, just do it. Life is for living.

A totally smooth professional service from start to finish. The vehicle was collected and delivered back by an extremely charming man who obviously takes great passion in what he does. The communication from Aden in the service team was excellent. The vehicle was returned on time, cleaned and vacuumed.

EVERY VISIT IS THE SAME AS UNEXPECTED COSTLY PROBLEMS ALWAYS SEEEM TO BE FOUND

OWNING A FERRARI IS EXPENSIVE, SO I WOULD EXPECT ATTENTION TO DETAIL SUCH AS PUTTING THE SEAT, RADIO, MIRRORS AND HEATING CONTROLS BACK TO THEIR OWNER PREFERRED POSITION UPON COLLECTION.

The collection and return of my vehicle was completed faultlessly. Unfortunately during my first trip after my vehicles return the Driver’s side mirror (Glass) detached itself from its housing and hung precariously by the electrical connections. This was pushed by myself back into position after pulling over to a place of safety. I Have no idea why this happened as the car had just completed a routine service and I am at a loss how this was not spotted by either the dealer or myself.

I bought a Ferrari Portofino from Maranello in Egham. I was looked after by Mark Parsons from start to finish. Everything was extremely efficient and professional, Maranello looked after all of the details and I just had to pay, turn up and collect! In fact Maranello helped with that, Mark came and picked me up so that I could collect the new car. The collection itself was managed very stylishly and turned into an event. Other members of the Maranello management team also made themselves known during my time there which was very nice.

Altogether a very positive experience and I will happily go back to Maranello for the next one.
