All round experience excellent

Well looked after -can’t fault the service. No loan car available and as the location is on a trading estate there was nothing to whilst waiting for 3.5 hours - just hanging around. Not ideal.

Dreams are made by at some point in your life, normally much when much younger, thinking I’d love one of those when I’m older. For me at university I went past Maranello thinking ‘one day…‘That day came first with Porsche, then after years of dreary corporate customer service, I ventured into Maranello and met Hamzah. The customer service & friendliness was and is incredible; enough so that my teenage son and his friends now pop in, where they are kindly welcomed, no doubt starting that early dream. Where dream becomes reality however is measured excellent customer service, client care with regular, but not ott contact and then the actual service you get during ownership. And this is where Ferrari at Maranello are streets ahead of all the competition. They replace arrogance with warmth which is felt from the reception call or welcome and the service from Antony when needing to book and manage a service is stellar. I spend a lot of time fielding the obvious questions of ‘owning a Ferrari or two must be a headache and costly’ and it simply is the opposite. They hardly go wrong, the warranty’s are market leading and the ownership of one is a pleasure. The staff are the same when you go back, so no doubt treated fairly, making the whole experience a pleasurable ‘constant.’ And if you’re going to have a special car, why would you consider another brand, when there really is only one… Top brand, good people & great service. Great customer service and really understood and respected my wishes.

I received my car back from you guys and it had little or no oil in it it was below minimum when I advised the company they said this was normal.....they advised they would pick the car up and return and check the first driver refused to drive it onto the truck as it had no oil the second driver 3 days later advised me that this is normal for the oil to be this low....really....he filled it up with oil and drove onto transporter I recieved an e mail from them saying nothing was wrong and they dropped the car of today Friday........two things the mechanic has not put oil in the car that you charged me £240 for then the car was roadrested and delivered in sports mode with no oil....the garage is just ignoring this....fraudulent as the delivery driver put oil in and disgusting treatment of the customer completely treating me like an idiot......I am going to get the car inspected and want to know what you are going to do about this also it came back with another fault....this is the short version it was two weeks in total of disgracefully service.
It has been 3 days now and no response, amazing....I have just e mailed Paul the service desk as there are more issues occurred since the return of my car that where not there before the service....

Nothing short of excellent! Mo Forde went above and beyond to be helpful and understanding to my requirements. Paul Dunworth extremely knowledgeable when it came to finding the correct financing options! Highly recommended team an Maranello Egham! 10/10! Thanks for the great buying experience..
