Very bad communication ie trying to speak to someone re making an appointment then having the appointment cancelled because you didn’t have the parts , automated voice service doesn’t work ,then when I got my vehicle back after the job was done , I found steering wheel alignment was incorrect reported this but was told that it wasn’t moved during the work carried out although it was perfect before the work was done I was told it was not their responsibility,and so I am now left with a steering wheel that is not correctly aligned,very very disappointed with this service ,

I had such an amazing experience with Hakim when getting my car. From the very beginning, he was kind, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me make the right decision without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
What really stood out was his genuine care — even after some unexpected delays, Hakim went above and beyond by filling up my petrol tank completely as a kind gesture. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, but it showed what a thoughtful and considerate person he is.
It’s rare to find someone who treats their customers with such honesty, patience, and respect. Hakim truly turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one. I can’t recommend him highly enough — if you’re looking for someone you can trust, Hakim is the person to go to!

Exceptional service from start to finish.
Krishna provided regular updates and ensured I was up to date on the status of the vehicle and that I was happy with any additional work I had requested and he had also performed some checks prior to handover to me. Additionally an after care email to check in that I was happy with everything. Thank you.
I was able to work upstairs in the designated individual bays with refreshments available too. Seamless.

Over 12 weeks to repair my car!
Over 12 weeks to repair my car. A lot of that time was waiting for technicians, rather than waiting for parts or approvals. Suggest people are advised of the expected delays up front, as I would have looked for another dealership to do the repair if I had known beforehand.

Absolutely appalling experience
Absolutely appalling experience with an Audi dealership in Leicester.
I initially spoke to Joshua O’Neill about buying a new car and made it crystal clear I was ready to proceed. I was told I’d receive a call back to go through everything—yet that call never came. Not once. I chased multiple times, left messages, and still got absolutely nothing. Completely ignored.
To make matters worse, we were then put through to Harry, the “finance manager” who assured us we’d be looked after. That clearly meant nothing, because he has now also conveniently become “too busy” to return calls or respond in any way. It’s just excuse after excuse and zero accountability.
On top of the terrible communication, there are also serious concerns about accuracy and honesty. The car is advertised on Auto Trader as having 2,501 miles, yet in the walk-around video sent to me by Joshua, the mileage clearly shows 3,331 miles — a discrepancy of over 800 miles. That’s not a small mistake, that’s completely misleading.
It’s honestly unbelievable how disorganised and unprofessional this dealership is. You’d think when someone is trying to spend a significant amount of money, they’d at least have the decency to pick up the phone or return a call. Apparently not.
For a so-called premium brand, this level of service is an absolute joke. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how bad it gets once they’ve actually taken your money.

Purchased an approved used Q5 for £25k…
Purchased an approved used Q5 for £25k in September 2025 - in the first few days of owning the car I emailed them to say that the car didn't feel right, brakes wear very loud & gearbox felt juddery.
Just through being busy, I didn't manage to get the car in for a health check until a few weeks ago at my local Audi dealer. Car was there all day & they found several issues with the car, some of which fall under the warranty but others don't. This includes two brake pads needing replacing (which I was quoted nearly £2k for by Audi) - I assume this was the issue I flagged days after collecting the car.
Leicester are not the same group as Milton Keynes (my local Audi), so it's complicated to get things sorted. Milton Keynes have got approval to fix a few issues under warranty, but Leicester Audi are ignoring my emails about paying for the breaks which were clearly faulty when I was sold the car. The front two tyres are also nearly at their legal limit in terms of wear, I have barely driven the car, so yet again I was sold it with heavily used front tyres.
This is a typical case of great care when being sold, but poor aftercare when there are issues. I purchased from Audi purely because of that warranty/'trust' - but I'm really no better off than if I had saved a few grand by buying the same car from a private dealer.
Really surprised at the lack of response from Sytner Audi, not even the courtesy to respond in over a week - not good enough. Just be wary of this when buying from them, a lot of promises but they are just like anyone else when you come back with problems that need solving.

Naz checked us in and was very helpful throughout the day while our car was having an MOT and service at AUDI Leicester. We were well looked after during our time in the reception area. We were also able to talk to a member of staff from sales to discuss changing our car.

Shocking customer service
After dropping my car off before 10am, I hadn’t heard anything from the team at 4.30pm so got in touch, only to be told that the paper work had not been logged so my car hadn’t been looked at, and then had to wait until 6pm for my car to be ready for collection, the manager didn’t even stick around to sort the issue, as it was past his 6pm home time, absolutely poor customer service. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with Leicester Audi and I’m sure it won’t be the last
