Brilliant service from start to finish and made a dream a reality. The car was absolutely flawless in every way and could have passed for a brand new car. The delivery coincided with my Birthday which the dealership noted and left a few treats in the car on delivery. Particular thanks to both Richard Thompson and Neil Walker who were both super attentive. Worth noting that the car was detailed beautifully and mechanically A1 so credit to both these departments too, they are obviously a brillaint team who love these cars.

I have been dealing with Graypaul for over three years now and their level of service is excellent. Really knowledgeable staff and genuinely interested in your business. They are head and shoulders above other premium car dealers.

Most of my interaction was with Paul Holmes, who was brilliant (as was Neil who sorted out the finance side). He clearly has a passion for selling cars and knew the brand and its history inside out. I really felt that he took the time to get to know me and my partner, and exactly what we were looking for, and at no time did I feel under any pressure. I am absolutely delighted with my car, he took a considerable amount of time to show it to us properly and we were given more or less carte blanche to go out on a long test drive. This didn't stop once we had purchased the car - he really made it feel like it was an 'experience' rather than a transaction, which was really appreciated - it felt like (and it was for me) a special 'business class' experience. Highly recommended.

An interesting experience. We were sold a car,paid our deposit then told it was no longer available as the Dealer in Manchester refused to honour his agreement to allow your people in Solihull to release the car to me.
In all business mistakes are made and some unavoidable but the value of a good business is when they respond to the mistake in an honest and professional manner.
In this respect we would like to thank Steve Dadds and Andy Gibbs for the excellent way they handled the situation and treated us. They are a credit to your organisation and we have a new Maserati on our drive.

From initial enquiry to car handover I experienced first class personalised service. At no point did it sound like I was talking with a salesman. Knowledgeable, patient and nothing was a problem. I dealt with Steve who provided an exceptional car buying experience. Special thanks to Paul for the video of the car also. We called a few Maserati dealers and non main dealers, but chose this dealership (over 8hrs from us!) as they sounded like the sort of company and values I wanted to deal with. They sold me a different car than I enquired about as it better suited to our needs. Steve ensured rapid response to all (lots of them) my enquires without complaint. A few days before handover we got the payment and most paperwork done minimising admin on the day. Although I was in a rush Steve still managed to show me all the control on the Maserati and said to get in touch anytime even with the simplest of enquires which was very reassuring. Well done Maserati Birmingham you should be proud and I fully recommend them to you and worth traveling that extra mile for that extra special service, knowledge, trust and tenacity.

Steve pulled out all the stops to get the deal over the line. Really nice experience at the dealership. Hopefully back soon for an F12.

Rosie was very polite and reasuring new the car we were looking at her customer services was very good, we were offered drinks on arrival by the 2 ladies on the front desk, after our coffee's we were then shown around the White Levante in the show room by Rosie who then walked us around some of the other sports cars whilest a car was being prepaired for us to go our for a test drive we were told we could go out on our own with the diesel car but due to the performance of the petrol car she would have to ride along with us, we were happy that we were offered both cars and for Rosie to come along, we were impressed with both vehicles but decided the petrol one was for us.
Neil then sat down with us and explained finances, Rosie wanted to go through all the different wheels interier engines we could look at to which my wife stopped her with saying the white one is petrol the wheels on it I like and there is a reversing camera, can I have that one if we can have a deal. The Deal was agreed with taking our car in part exchange, next step was to get the car ready for delivery agreed date following Tuesday.

we arrived and again the 2 ladies on the front desk were polite remembered us and coffee's were ordered, were then introduced to Richard the Ferrari sales man who was sorry that Neil was not available to assist due to other commitment and Rosie was not in work that day
it was fine Richard knew the important things which kept our interest Ritchhard passed Steve on to my wife to help set up her mobile phone after the unveling of our new Levante it was a great experience we did have a few coffee's while waiting on finances being signed off but we are happy with our new Levante

Once we started to look at a Maserati we had a choice of which Maserati dealership was closest to us, either Peterborough or Birmingham and we absolutely made the right choice. From when we contacted them to request a test drive, my wife and I felt like we were being given special treatment all the way through.

Rosie was our main host for the drive and follow up and she was brilliant, really puts you at ease and wants you to enjoy the whole experience of the brand from start to finish. She'd only just joined the company but it's clear she'll be a real asset to the team.

The team sourced a car for us (much quicker than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise) and went about getting us the best deal for us with minimal fuss and in a very professional manner. To top it off, our car had an unveiling which is something we'd never experienced before which made the car collection a real event.

I can only say good things about Graypaul and even now with a follow up they've gone beyond what we would expect. A premium car with a premium service, it's nice to see in this day and age and we hope to do business with them again at some point in the future.

I recently bought a Maserati Levante from this fantastic dealership in Birmingham-Solihull.
The dealership was so nice, relaxed with very friendly staff. I was never pressurised into buying a car and was greeted as a valuable customer before even showing any interest in buying a Maserati. I was made to feel very welcome and browse at all the cars and ranges before deciding I wanted to buy one.
The Maserati Levante I have bought is a great car. Paul Holmes in particular stood out as he provided me with fantastic customer service from the moment I walked in, to ordering and collecting the car. Paul has been extremely helpful, friendly and is a credit to the brand Maserati.

My experience whilst purchasing my vehicle was excellent. Everyone made me feel welcome from first contact over the phone, all the way through to driving the car away. I dealt mainly with James, he was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my car was prepared as agreed. Even after purchasing my car I asked for some assistance and again, I felt very valued as a customer and was assured I can call them with any questions.

He brought the car some distance to demonstrate it to us and once we'd agreed a deal, had it delivered too. Given that he is in Birmingham and we are in Norfolk, we really appreciated this service.
