I have found the whole experience of purchasing my pre-owned Levante from the team at Shirley site rather enjoyable. Changing cars can be quite stressful and I have found their approach quite different from my previous long-standing German marque. From the initial, casual on-line enquiry that was quickly followed up by Dani Mazic, until picking up the car a month later, I've not felt under any pressure at any point. Dani offered various cars and clearly explained all of the options available. Questions were answered quickly, either by phone, text or email. I travelled down from Liverpool for a test drive on Tuesday, spent a couple of hours, discussing and negotiating with Andy and Dani before making my mind up on the drive home. I was then able to pick the car up on Saturday with a trouble free handover of my trade in, which I feel they gave me very fair value for. The car I have taken is pristine. The welcome from everyone was very warm with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent coffee and biscuits throughout. Thanks to Natalie, Olivia and Gemma for their reception and James for dealing with the financials on Saturday. Hopefully, my new car will live up to the service levels I've experienced. It's early days, but the initial signs are very, very good! A long review, but I think it is warranted. Special kudos to Dani for the co-ordination and communications for a deal done 110 miles away.

Great customer care and help for Cluents!

Having purchased several cars from Graypaul Birmingham, both Maserati & Ferrari, I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience. Bought a Maserati Gran Tourissmo in October from them, it’s been plagued with problems and I have had little to no support on resolving issues that are a result of the car being sold without proper checks be it with oil valve failure, parking sensors, power steering, tracking and other issues. An approved used car that is not fit for purpose and the service, or the rather lack of it, from Graypaul Birmingham Maserati is dissapointing! Andy Gibbs failed to call out of courtesy, let alone professionalism. Won’t be getting my business in future…

From my initial enquiry to the day I picked up my Maserati the sales person and dealership provided exceptional service, questions were answered promptly, friendly and professionalism and I felt very special and looked after the day I picked the vehicle up. Would without question recommend the dealership.

We weren't really sure what car we wanted to buy, what make or model we'd choose and what would best meet our needs, so we visited a number of "luxury" brands to help shape our thinking.

We had some varied experiences, from the disinterested sales staff, to those trying to upsell the model "left" in the showroom, but when we arrived at Maserati, we experienced a warm welcome, plenty of time to try out the various models and a bespoke service tailored to what we wanted and needed.

That meant that when we left with our new car, it was one we felt we'd chosen with the support of experts, based on a package that was suitable for what we wanted, and that we had become part of a business that wanted us as a customer, not just now but in the future.

They couldn't have done enough for me to try and persuade me to make the journey up to Birmingham from Essex and I'm really pleased that I did. Paul Holmes gave me the most thorough and detailed demonstration of a car that I have ever had and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout as was James Smith who crunched the numbers and came up with a deal that was absolutely right for me.
