Don’t waste your Time !
Beware, this dealership displays a strong bias based on how one dresses and one's racial background. Ted and George at Gray Paul Ferrari emphasized the amount of time they spent showing us a car. They made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were seeking charity. Whether purchasing a new or used car, all buyers should be treated equally and with the utmost respect.

After 7 years as an Aston Martin…
After 7 years as an Aston Martin customer, i tried Ferrari, this was my first time at Graypauls and that was 2 years ago. since taking ownership of the California T, i and it have been thwart with problems leading to a constant back and forth spanning nearly 2 years. as i had had enough of it I attempted to hand back the reigns and have another try with a different car/model.
This however was not going to happen at Ferrari, not until i have finished my 3rd year with a lame horse, (pardon the pun).
The day to day contact with all at Graypaul was fantastic from a customers point of view, However there is a constant flow of miscommunication from senior management, there is a lot corporate can take from the people they employ.
Treat your customers with a little more clarity and respect.
