The car was returned looking very smart and well cleaned. This is always very important to me. The fact that a dud bulb (unknown to me) was replaced within the agreed total price was a further small but nice touch.
Whilst your driver, Tim, was a very pleasant chap, I was a little surprised when had departed to see that he had left 'his' car on the drive in front of one of the garages. As it so happened, I did not require access to that garage during the week or so that the Bentley was away, but I might well have done.

Purchased a 2nd hand Bentley GTC from this company on 18th Jan 2024.
The service we had from Kim and Connor was second to none. I was blown away by their standard of customer care. Also the standard of the car was awesome with a genuine warranty. When it cones time to change i will definately go back to this company with no hesitation.

The staff at Sytner mini in Leicester was amazing they all went out of there way to make me feel welcome and they all was very friendly i dont think i have ever been to a Garage where i have felt so welcome and safe. The team at the Leicester branch are a amazing Asset to you.

I have just brought a approved used bmw series 5 touring (estate) 2015. It was a part ex to them and they re sold it. It had only been a hour on auto trader when I saw it and I reversed it straight away. I spoke to Daniel Parks and the business manager Richard. They were both very professional and did the car proud. Within an hour I had a full walk around video send to me. Approved BMW have certain standards, so if things need changing within a few thousand miles they do it. I had new tyres, brakes, alloy refurbished, full service and full mot. With the most important thing a full comprehensive warranty direct with themselves. When I went to view the car it was immaculate and a smooth sale. I would definitely recommend this branch.
