Michael Sutton attended this morning and gave excellent service; he was extremely professional, also provided me with insight should I ever need to make adjustments to the units myself, given this is a new build with movement. What was potentially a small job became a little more complex and Michael explored all avenues thoroughly leading to amending the issue at hand. I’m very happy with his service and was left happy with all work rectified.

John Baker and Dave Oakes did an excellent job fitting the kitchen cabinets and correcting the alignment issues from the original installation. They listened carefully to all our concerns and went above and beyond to resolve them. Very professional and thorough work.

Brett was excellent at resolving the issue and carried out the repair efficiently and in a friendly manner.
No mess No fuss.

John Baker attended our property to sort the issues we had - sorted the issues straight away with no problems and was very lovely!

I had reported my soft close kitchen doors no longer working proper and an issue with my sliderobe door. Service technician Michael Sutton was sent to look at the issues. Michael went above and beyond to correct the issues and took the time to show me how I can adjust the doors if any problems occur again. Extremely kind and helpful and was early for the appt too. Would highly recommend.

This would have been a shocking review had Michael Sutton not been sent to undo all the mistakes & shoddy workmanship of previous subcontractors.
What a difference one colleague can make. We've gone from a bright white join in an indigo coloured plinth, to hardly being able to find where the 2 pieces meet. Every cupboard door has been replaced with care & attention to detail.
Michael clearly enjoys what he does & takes pride in leaving the customer with a great finish. He always arrives early, is respectful of our property & keeps us fully informed of any issues that might affect progress.
Symphony, if you have an employee recognition scheme, then please reward Michael. He's turned such a negative customer experience into a positive one - thank you!

Morley, the service technician, was excellent, and fixed what should have been done by another contractor on the house. Excellent work and overall very happy.

Tom Holland handled all identified issues and completed the snags quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, easy to work with, and even great with dogs. Overall, a genuinely nice and reliable person to have on the job.

We have recently moved into a new build property with a Symphony kitchen. Unfortunately the worktop had a manufacturing fault in it so needed replacing. Symphony were very quick to send out a team to replace and refit the worktop for us. Our service technicians were Dave Oakes and John Baker. They were both very helpful and polite. They protected the flooring and made minimal mess considering the work being undertaken. The new worktops have been fitted professionally. The kitchen and hallway was left clean and tidy once they had finished. Thank you for providing a great service.

Michelle in customer care was absolutely incredible sorting our issue out with warranty on our kitchen doors - Jonathan (fitter) was also amazing and we remember him from the installation.

Michael attended our property today complete some snags for the second time.
He was punctual & polite & took care with his tools ensuring they weren't sat directly onto the work tops etc to prevent scratches.
He clearly took pride in his work which as a perfectionist myself was very appreciated.

Michael Sutton the fitter was experienced and friendly. Resolving someone else's work is never easy but he resolved the issue we had. Good workmanship and a neat job.

Jon Humphreys de-snagged our new kitchen, fitting a new drawer front, adjusting some cupboard doors that were binding a bit, and evening up some close lines. He did a wonderful job, taking exceptional care with everything he did and left our kitchen looking fantastic.

Morley fitted my replacement splash back and he was very good and tidy. Great communication and great in his work overall.
