I recently found a rental property through Symonds & Sampson. There were a few issues with securing the checks but all the staff worked above and beyond on my behalf to resolve. They have changed my opinion of letting agents and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent through them.

Great service from the team at Symonds & Sampson, never too much trouble for extra viewings and helped push a purchase over the line for us in 4 weeks. Also very helpful assistance post purchase to liaise with the sellers on minor problem solving. Good to know they are estate agents you can trust.

Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, great at communicating, a "can do" attitude. So glad I chose the Ilminster team to sell my cottage for me. They are not the cheapest but are definitely the best I have found in forty years of buying and selling houses. It has to be worth a little more money for such a professional service.

Where do we begin - the rental agent failed to declare our expensive new house didn’t have functioning heating system she was very obtuse and stroppy, really unsuitable girl for a customer facing role. Shocked to find she was the manager and not surprised to hear not a popular agent in the area.
Nor does it surprise me that they don’t recall who there previous customers are.

I recently bought my first two-bedroom flat in Gillingham, and everything went smoothly thanks to Symonds Sampson. From viewing the property to receiving the keys, they guided me every step of the way — negotiating with the seller, recommending a great solicitor and mortgage adviser, and keeping me informed throughout. I cannot recommend Symonds and Sampson enough. Jeremy and the team at the Yeovil office have been nothing short of excellent from the initial meeting to the selling of our home in an incredibly short space of time. They are professional, punctual and deliver a high standard of customer service.

The Ilminster team were excellent from start to finish. Their valuation survey was thorough and my needs were respected and discussed honestly. The sales team were efficient and the brochure was extremely professional and included personal touches that I had mentioned. I would like to thank the amazing team at Symonds and Sampson Ilminster especially Julie, Georgie and Jonathan all were professional, experienced & knowledgeable in helping me find the right buyer for a unique and complex property. From the initial appraisal, photographs, brochure, viewings with feedback, offers and finally sold. All went through smoothly with a better than expected sale date.
