Swiss Watches Direct Anmeldelser

Great service. Regular communication until watch arrived. Would recommend 👌

This is my second purchase and each time Ashley or Richard are excellent at communicating with you with regards to your delivery date, especially this time as they went above and beyond to get the watch to me super quick. Will use Swiss Watches Direct for any future purchases

Fantastic service and comms from the off, watch delivered the next day. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I always go to these guys first to see if they do supply the watch I happen to be after. Most times they do, sometimes they don’t eg Rolex.

My latest purchase went well and happy with it.

Always a decent price and postage is next day guaranteed and insured so not long to wait once they do get the watch in.

You are keep well informed so there is nothing not to like with Ashley, Garry and the team.

Thanks and well done!

Great prices, communication could not have been better and quick dispatch and delivery.
Can not fault the service from start to finish .

I bought an Omega from these guys at a great price and the watch has arrived brand new and in perfect condition. Have used them for many years now and are a great outfit to deal with.

I had an excellent experience with Swiss Watches Direct. From the moment I got in touch, their customer service was exceptional – friendly, fast, and genuinely insightful. They took the time to answer my questions clearly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Not only did they make the whole process easy and stress-free, but they also saved me hundreds of pounds compared to high street prices. Delivery was prompt, the watch was perfect, and everything felt seamless from start to finish.

Highly recommend – I’ll definitely be back!

Find the watch I was looking for with a good saving on price. Swiss watches direct was very reassuring on the watch I would be buying and gave me reassurance on the quality and warranty I would receive buying from them. Upon a request from myself for a quick delivery time they Managed to deliver my watch just in time for sons birthday, which I really appreciated, with excellent communication throughout. Would not hesitate to use them again, really happy with my purchase, the watch was perfect.

Excellent service, watch in perfect condition at a good price. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect in the purchase of this watch. It was my first purchase from SWD and Gary and Dave made everything easy. Great transaction

This is the third watch we have bought from Swiss Watches Direct and their service is still excellent. My son was delighted with his watch. SWD provided value for money on the watch and kept in touch through the delivery process (the watch had to be ordered and we were kept informed of the time line for delivery). The watch arrived in perfect condition, brand new and no an ex-display model. We would have no hesitation in recommending SWD or in using them again in the future. Special thank you to Garry for his great customer service.
