Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows Anmeldelser

The window was installed perfectly. We had covered the carpets with dust sheets but the operative brought his own to cover the stairs and hall. He was clean and tidy friendly and efficient. Altogether a great job.

From start to finish, my experience with Sussex, Surrey Doors and Windows has been outstanding. From the initial contact and showroom visit with Rosie, to receiving the quote, having measurements taken, and finally today with Duncan fitting our new doors, everything has been seamless. I would definitely recommend this company—they have been friendly and efficient throughout the entire process.

We're very happy to give Sussex Surrey Doors a 5 star review. Their service from start to finish was friendly and professional. We're so pleased with both doors and give special thanks to Duncan for his care and attention to detail during the installation.

Fitted two bay windows with customised features.
Very pleased with the quality of the product and installation.

From the initial quote process, to the surveyor's visit and through to the fitting, the team at Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows could not have been more helpful and professional. We are thrilled with our new doors and delighted with the service we received from Dan the surveyor and Ben and Jon the fitters, who were a pleasure to have around. Their skill and workmanship were much appreciated as was their incredibly tidy manner and friendly natures. Thank you team!

The quote we had was very good, followed by a very thorough surveyors visit.

Excellent service from initial enquiries to final installation. Given that choosing a new front door is a big decision that you are only likely to do a few times, the team were super friendly and understood my requirements, with help from day one! Thank you all.

Everything was completed on time, and to a very high standard. Tony and John were excellent workers, very tidy and made the whole process work with as little disruption as possible.

Had my new door fitted, great job by the fitter who did a great job and even hoovered up afterwards, great to be able to visit the showroom in Horsham as seeing the product and feeling the quality of the hardware made it so easy to go with them

I had a new front door fitted by Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows yesterday. From my visit to the showroom, then the survey and installation the whole process has been smooth. All staff I have come into contact with have been polite and professional and I would happily use the company again.

Lovely local business to deal with who provide very high quality doors. We recently had our new front door installed and I am extremely please with the quality of the product and the excellent installation service and final finish, it’s very professional and neat. Excellent service from quote to installation! Never felt pressure to purchase. Lovely installers who worked solidly in the freezing weather. New windows look great! Even the minor hiccup of one glass pain being broken on delivery was resolved quickly and without quibble. Very happy. Will definitely be a returning customer for any other windows we get done.

Excellent service, professional and reliable.

Steve and Tyler and Duncan on the last day worked tirelessly ensuring the windows were installed correctly and ahead of schedule. They even repaired an area of previously cracked plaster. The house was left clean and tidy. As importantly they were a pleasure to have around. Polite and respectful.
I would highly recommend Sussex Surrey doors and windows to any one wishing to have their windows and doors replaced.

Delighted with my new windows. Fitters Tony and Jon were really efficient and helpful despite the weather, finish is excellent and price reasonable. Windows are much admired and I'm happy to recommend SussexSurrey.

When something is done so we'll all you can really say is thank you.

The whole process from start to finish with Sussex Surry Doors and Windows was easy. From getting a quote to getting it installed everyone involved was very professional and ready to answer any questions we had.
Installation was quick and done with care.

Throughout the process the staff were helpful, clear, friendly and professional. They took real pride in their work. The windows themselves are beautiful, the olive grey flush look have transformed my 1950s house, and also will help keep it warm and carefully ventilated. The fitters were very efficient, worked quickly but accurately and checked every detail with me, again taking real care with their work. It was my biggest outlay of my renovations but definitely worth it. I highly recommend.
