Mark came to our home verified my measurements then (using his undoubted knowledge and experience) found us the most cost effective option. Friendly helpful with our best interests in mind. Subsequent fitting went according to plan and very pleased with the result.

Fitting of lounge carpet was completed on the day promised and fitters were very friendly and helpful and did the job very quickly (including taking up old carpet and taking it away for disposal). There was a slight niggle about the fitting in one of the doorways, but they came out and resolved this very efficiently and, again, in a very friendly way. Would have no hesitation using again

Customer service in the Intake showroom was excellent, good advice given & time spent making sure that I was happy with my order & understood the journey to having flooring replaced in my home. Work completed in time scale, the fitter was experienced, efficient and pleasant. The fitter ensured that my rooms were left tidy. Definitely will use this company again.

Everything was done efficiently. From the booking to the finished product. The job was done to a very high standard and the fitter was very friendly and cleaned up well after he'd finished the job

Professional from start to finish. Work completed in the time frame given. Complete house carpeted at a good price. Looks great and very pleased, would highly recommend.

old lino removed and new laid in kitchen and bathroom of a property let out. High, good quality and choice of stock held. Professional and efficient job done in timescale promised. We will use them again and recommend. Reasonably priced.

Surefit is local to us so we decided to use them for our lounge carpet. In the shop we were shown loads of samples and even brought three sample books home to view in our natural setting and light. These were collected on the day the room was measured. Fitting was arranged around the arrival of our new suite which was very convenient. The fitters removed our old carpet and put the new one down, plus underlay, in about an hour and a half. Very professional finish and it looks fantastic. We'll be back for a stair carpet next year. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service by staff in shop ,to the person who cane out to measure ,and particularly to the lovely gentleman who came out and fitted my laminate flooring I have used these three times ,so obviously would definitely recommend

They came. They saw. They replaced carpet for vinyl. Not the easiest job as the floor underneath was shocking (rented house). Efficient, friendly and professional service. Recommended.

Great service from start to finish! Fast and efficient- ordered Monday- fitted Friday!
The carpet fitters were excellent despite encountering a problem with a low radiator! Problem solved with humour and experience- thank you.

I chose Surefit because of their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. Came out to measure and qoute on the day I called to make an enquiry. I had new carpets throughout the first floor and on the stairs.
Fitting was arranged to suit me and they came on two separate days so that I could move furniture around without having to carry it all downstairs. The fitters were extremely polite, friendly and helpful and the quality of their work is outstanding. I am delighted with the result and cannot recommend Surefit highly enough.

From choosing my carpet to having it laid the whole experience has been so pleasurable.
The sales guy was very friendly and helpful, gave me time to browse their fantastic range of carpets. Chose my colour then he helped me find the best carpet for the area it was going in.
I had already had the rooms measured some month’s previously so was impressed they still had all the information and was able to work out an accurate price for me.
Arranged installation at a day convenient for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
Brian the carpet fitter arrived on time, very polite and friendly. Worked with me to get last bits of furniture moved out and kept me informed on what was happening next. Very tidy, over the moon with the installation and carpet. I would definitely recommend Surefit Carpets.

Polite, professional and prices are spot on. From the minute we walked in the shop we were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. We have awkward stairs that needed a delicate touch and everything was fitted perfectly

The guys are friendly and helpful. The carpets are fitted well and are great value for money. The service I received from start to finish went beyond expectations. I moved in a hurry and the guys made every effort to accommodate my needs. The fitter even helped me to unpack my new fridge.

Great company. We had some damage to our stairs carpet caused by our cats. The company we used originally no longer stoked the pattern we had. Surefit Carpets ordered in a roll for us, checked we had chosen the matching colour and fitted the new carpet to the damaged steps. It was a great service and saved us have to re carpet the whole area. The fitters were friendly and made a brilliant job. Thanks so much.

Recently had Surefit install carpets for my home. I went to the shop to view their range of carpets, plenty to choose from and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Had something come up on the original install date and the staff were quick to rearrange the date at short notice with no problems. Install team were friendly and professional. A good experience all round. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.
