I had a photo enlarged and printed on an acrylic base.
The result is excellent, so was the cost, delivery and customer service.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and its products.

I had a photo collage I’d made printed to be framed. Website clear with good instructions. Easy to use. Good flexibility of print size. Good value.
The photo was damaged in transit in spite of good packaging and a replacement was sent speedily without any quibble. The first packaging was slightly difficult to open - over enthusiastic use of glue. I fed this back, and I was told the packers were advised, and the second one was secure but simple to open, so a good response to feedback.

I ordered a print and I wasn't happy it, It was too dark the contrast was wrong it had lost all definition of the subject, this wasn't a normal photo quite dark with subtle backlight when I complained they responded very quickly but nothing was done I stated it was a Christmas present it's now the 9th January and No replacement or Refund they keep replying saying they are looking into it but nothing happens so I won't be recommending this company or using them again, the after sales is very important, possbly they are just a company that just want to recieve a file, print it, post it and take the money.

Ordered a cardboard cutout the resolution on picture not good,paid £85,marks on picture,just not very good,I contacted customer service,their response it was my photo.I asked why did you send it ?.unimpressed customer,won't be back.

I got a life-size cutout of my mum-in-law for her 70th party and it was such a massive hit I got another for my brother-in-law’s 50th (seated, playing guitar which we propped on a chair). Supersize were really helpful in advising on which photos were good enough quality to use and generally which pics would suit being made into a cutout. Very prompt delivery and really worthwhile. Had a lot of laughs & pranks at both parties and my mum-in-law kept hers she loved it so much! Lots of people were asking where I got them from. Highly recommend

Horrendous service. Charged via PayPal and paid an extortionate amount for quick dispatch only to be told that they can’t dispatch for a week on PayPal payments (website says dispatch available straight away with PayPal). They then asked me to double-pay for the item on another payment service and when they tried to ship it, they used a courier who can’t even accept the size of item they’re sending. Avoid like the plague.

Like other customers have said -
They are not responding to emails.
I called and no one answers.
At first I thought I was unlucky as the prints came all creased and unusable.
I explained the packaging was poor and that it needed more protection.
My suspicions are they are a middle man and don't do the printing in-house. They had the poster prints sent again but in the exact same packaging and once again they got wrecked in the post.
Avoid this company, the packaging is beyond a joke and your prints will come to you unusable and then the company stops responding!

I was looking to produce some boards for an event. The website was so easy to navigate and use with clear instructions on how to upload artwork. I was looking to produce some A1 foamex board prints. Loved the quality of the output - very superior. My order was delivered on time and i was kept informed as to the status of my order.
I will certainly be using them again for future work. !

Extreme Caution! Although the image I provided was photo quality, the image returned on the life-size cut-out was unrecognisable! The company do not warn of this and unless you have a very high resolution image you will be wasting your money. Do not use this company. They also trade under the name of Mycutouts, so do not be fooled into thinking they are different companies.

fantastic company to work with. I had a last min urgent order for a number of cutouts. all of them were dispatched on the same day and delivered the following day. The quality of the cutouts are perfect, and I cant fault them at all.

I think its really good value for money considering the quality of the cutouts and the fantastic customer service. I cannot recommend them enough

Absolutely awful, ordered a cut out of my dog, costing a total of £49.26. It was not even cut out correctly and was so disappointed, certainly please avoid if you are looking for a tribute for your dog.

Fantastic quality items received, really impressed, exactly as designed. Packaging was really good too, very specific internal fitting for my items so both parcels arrived safe and sound. Already planning my next order as it has shown what can be done around the house. Impressed!

AVOID AT ALL COST AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! This company takes so long to process your order, then they send you pixelated goods which are not checked beforehand. Unlike other print retailers online, they do not provide any recommendation that a print may be blurry before purchase. Instead, they provide an image of what your print will look like before you buy which is not a true representation of the blurry canvas you receive. Don't bother trying to get a refund, they will try to stand behind their inadequate terms and conditions. Misrepresentation is a major issue here and their products are not fit for purpose or satisfactory by any means. Avoid. Their customer service is exceptionally poor also. Use another provider who are happy to refund should you not be happy with your print.

AVOID and use another site. supersizeprint.co.uk do not confirm / contact their customer to tell them if image quality is low or if print will be pixelated. They take your money and press print without any duty of care to their trade or customer. And don't expect a shred of good customer service. Turns out the image I supplied was low quality - but did they notify me before printing, so I could send another image? Of course not. Not even an offer to replace it when i complained. So here I am, £50 poorer with a really crap cardboard cut out which I need for a party in 3 days. I don't even have enough time (nor cash) to order a replacement elsewhere in time. Shocking company and shocking service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Three weeks ago I ordered poster print - I got triple charged - fair enough not the retailer’s fault. I have then messaged sales reps to resolve and was told first I wasnt charged at all - only when I came back to the email and sent screenshots of my bank account transactions the triple charge was aknowledged. I was told I would get refund and my order would be dispatched asap - still fair enough. 2 weeks of waiting - nothing arrived. I sent email to chase up the order - I was told my order got lost in the system due to the refund and would be printed and dispatched the same day. Parcel arrived, photo is damaged looking like sharp object went through the poster. I honestly have no words but will never ever deal with this company again. Cowboys.
