Due to some price changes on a pre-order I contacted customer support. I was assisted by Helen, that was super helpful, very quick to answer and provided a perfect solution.
It's great to see when customer support actually has people helping people, making an effort to keep customers happy.

Always on time and upfront with their prices. Very rarely are their products delayed and they have a great selection of video games.

Super Rare Games are a great UK company to deal with and if you have an issue with your order, they'll deal with it promptly.

The games they release are pretty much better or on par with Limited Run Games game releases and are reasonably priced.

I started ordering like most did years ago a few games here and there that had caught my interest, as I’m a physical copy advocate and collector the site SuperRareGames struck a resounding cord in me. Don’t get me wrong digitalis are great but as a gamer who still has his original 8bit Zelda game, holding and opening a new game holds more symbolism to the spirit of the Nintendo legacy.

With a diverse ever growing library of, but timeframe specifically limited selections of games. it was a fresh take on gaming site that broke from the traditional 6 month to in some cases years waiting for a physical release. SuperRareGames set a standard that hasn’t been matched for release consistency and reliability compared to other global sites that promote smaller release batch physical games.

With a small but, highly dedicated crew that is quick to assist customers globally with inquiry’s to orders I’ve received excellent service both as a standard customer and as a current club member. That’s a huge plus in a day and age where AI tries to help, but!!! a gamer fan is assisting on the distribution side, so the needs are met with greater customer care.

In over 3 years of ordering internationally I have yet to experience any issues with errors or damaging to items during shipment. The boxing used for games allows for reducing potential damage during transport with for some collectors who wish for a sealed collection allows for better quality. Remember we pay good money for great games. SuperRareGames does their part for insuring your get what you ordered. And yes they do send you a tracking link once shipped.

A unique aspect of SuperRareGames is the sheer amount of promotional giveaways throughout the year that is inclusive to all who order not just for the members. With a great sense of giving to the gaming community. SuperRareGames has promotions that give buyers a chance to win signed Plaques of the Game by the developers. No other sites offer this as frequently throughout the year. With games numbering in some cases less than 3000 a framed signed game is a gem for any collector or fan to display.

As a whole SuperRareGames is a site that has carefully crafted and most importantly “succeeded” at a extremely hard to balance service of providing timely physical copy game releases paired with gamer expectations for titles that cover age ratings of 3+ to Mature and quality customer service. This group set an industry standard what can’t be beat. 7 years strong and planning on growing gaming library with the upcoming Nintendo system.

Such a great company to deal with, personal and answer emails very quickly. I ordered a load of games and forgot a few, no problem to add on through message...when package arrived they mistakenly sent a steelbook instead of steelbook and game for one item...within one hour of reporting they replied and within 2 hours had a replacement order on to fix.

I pre-ordered a game and moved a few months later. I've seen with other companies how changing address for pre-orders can be challenging, but Helen from Super Rare couldn't have been more helpful in making sure my order was sorted and delivered to my new address! Outstanding customer service!

First off, there response to inquiries or any questions are answered fully and promptly. Helen is so nice! But it's not just that. Their products...they are absolutely gorgeous in every way! The way they pack the item is perfect. The whole experience has been First rate and I highly recommend them to any gamer looking for a beautiful collectable. Or just an awesome physical copy to a game they wanna play.

I have been buying products from super rare for a while now. I have probably 15 switch games they have done and just ordered another. The quality and care super rare puts into their products is truly something they should be proud of. Super rare takes the time to do the proper quality assurance testing to make a great product that you be happy to own. From the cool packaging and presentation I love the way they operate. I have worked with a lot of limited print companies but super rare is by far the best. For example I have had a lot of damaged products from limited run. It is not rare to see bad reviews about something, but when someone decides to take their time to write something good, that means the company exceeded expectations!
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional support I received during the purchase and shipping process of my game. My journey with Super Rare Games has been remarkable from start to finish, and I want to share a bit of my experience with you.
I purchased a game that was shipped to Brazil within the promised timeframe. However, due to customs issues, I found myself in need of substantial support from the team. First, I required documentation to prove the value of the item to customs authorities. Later, when my import was blocked, SRG generously sent me another copy free of charge. Throughout this entire process, the team maintained constant communication, responding to my emails promptly and with great attention and dedication to resolving the situation.
In Brazil, it is rare to find companies that continue to care about completing the service after receiving payment, ensuring the product reaches the customer's hands. Therefore, I am immensely grateful to Super Rare Games, especially Helen, for your commitment and patience. It took nearly six months, but in the end, everything worked out perfectly.

It’s easy to see why Super Rare holds the spot at the top of the echelon of limited production game companies. In reality, they might even be classified as a “small business” because it is a rather small handful of people that make this game company operate. But be a patron of Super Rare for awhile like myself, and you see these people are a cohesive, honest, clever group that work well together. In turn, they can give their customers the best experience every single time because of the care, passion and effort they put into their jobs. I cannot recommend Super Rare Games enough. (Special shout-out to Helen at customer relations, who is the absolute best.)

I have no idea whether this company actually exists. I pre-ordered a game there. The originally scheduled delivery date was postponed twice on their website, I did not receive any notification of this. My request (2 mails) to cancel my order was ignored, after a month I then opened a PayPal case, here too there was no response in the 1st instance. The case was then transferred to PayPal, where SRG could have responded again, but nothing happened there either. So after almost 3 months I had my money back.

No recommendation for this company.

Managed to get ahold of Wavetale which is the first of their releases that interested me since I heard about this company. It just arrived and is safely tucked into my collection. Thanks!
