Nice fire, all good so far. Bought to replace another optimyst fire we'd had for nine years.

Got the fire 🔥 and the black pad looked good then brought the black chimney which finished it off lovely.

The fire looks very real and the unit is great quality.

OPTIMIST IS BY FAR THE MOST "REALISTIC" ELECTRIC FIRE - THE WILLOWBROOK IS A GOOD-LOOKING, MULTI-FUNCTIONAL STOVE THAT LOOKS AMAZING WITH THE PIPE/FLUE

Very happy with my new Optimyst electric stove; it looks cozy and has a very realistic flame.

Great looking fire. The most realistic flame effect available. Very pleased.

Excellent, saving all the ashes and dust of a multi fuel, but still giving the realistic ‘smoke’, we have under floor heating so will probably never need to use the heater, but the movement of the flickering flame brings the room to life, thoroughly recommend the Dimplex Opti-myst Willowbrook model
