Ci rattrista constatare come abbia deciso di utilizzare lo strumento delle recensioni pubbliche per segnalare un disguido di cui è responsabile una terza parte (il corriere TNT) e non Superglamourous. Le recensioni sono il mezzo a disposizione dei futuri clienti per avere una visione d’insieme dell’azienda con la quale stanno andando ad interagire e la sua segnalazione non fornisce alcun elemento utile a tale definizione, se non riportare gli accordi che lei ha personalmente intrapreso con una terza parte (il corriere TNT). great product and excellent customer care service
I first noticed SUPERGLAMOUROUS on instagram and loved the look of their products. However I was a bit nervous in purchasing from their website.
I eventually did! And my first pair of shoes were the TANGERINE 2 NABUK TAUPE BELGIAN LOAFERS. These fit true to size and the material and make were top notch. They were exceptionally comfortable as I wore them to a wedding for over 8 hours with no complaints!
I was so pleased with the quality and comfort of my first pair, that I have now ordered 2 additional pairs!
Additionally, their customer service person Riccardo was so polite and dealt with a minor issue that I had with top notch professionalism.
I HIGHLY recommend SUPERGLAMOUROUS!!!
