ordered a Double Breasted Wool Blend Coat (£174.99) from Superdry on 19 October 2025 for delivery. The courier, Evri, falsely claimed the parcel was “delivered through the letterbox” and even uploaded a photo of themselves holding the parcel in front of a random mailbox area — not delivering it, not at my flat, and not in any secure location.

I live in a secure new-build block with locked letterboxes that can only fit letters and small envelopes. A coat could never fit inside, and my door buzzer was never pressed. I was home all day. This is clearly false proof of delivery and a failed delivery.

When I contacted Superdry, I was met with a template response asking me to check sheds, garages, or neighbours — which shows they didn’t read my email or the evidence I provided. I had already explained that there are no such areas and that the parcel was never delivered.

It’s shocking that Superdry continues to use Evri, given their reputation for lost and falsely marked parcels. I’ve had to chase both companies for an item I paid for, while Superdry’s response has been dismissive and slow.

I’m still waiting for a proper investigation, refund, or replacement. Absolutely unacceptable service from a brand I previously trusted.

Went to the store and staff was quickly able to help guide me finding the right size online and order it for me.

Gave the impression that you needed to give your email for a receipt, then was given a paper receipt anyway.

Opted out of marketing during this and was send this invitation to leave a review - which is... marketing.

Now need to unsubscribe from something I didn't subscribe to in the first place.
