The member of staff at Swansea store who served me was very polite and friendly; even my daughter commented on it. Clothes etc are of a good quality, however I find a bit on the expensive side.

Amazing customer service
The service I received from a young lady that worked in the UK store Swansea was amazing. She helped with any questions I had. Really happy with my purchase and my experience at superdry. Will definitely be going back.

Everything went well
Everything went well. The shop was very well stocked. No restrictions on number of garments to try on which is good when shopping with a teenager who doesn’t know her size. Very pleasant staff. One criticism ( not of staff but Superdry general policy) I asked if they did student discount to which they answered yes if I had a card. I spent nearly £200, plus a load of stuff online for my 13 year old granddaughter so surely being in full time education means that she is a student. I think you should automatically give discount to all school children. My 13 year old granddaughter is 5’ 7’’ and size 14 so obviously she can’t buy children’s clothing sizes. Maybe you could address this in the future.

Jumper feels absolutely lovely, only
thing is, was described as crew neck which is what I wanted but it is more like a turtle neck, too high, so will turn down & stitch into a roll neck which I also like. Quality is very good.My name is Susan Higgins but Trust pilot ALWAYS puts up wrong name even though I have INFORMED them on numerous occasions.
