Assistant knew product great costumer service
Assistant knew product, knew when something extra we were looking at would be next delivered and where to locate on website. Also really helpful when we left something behind. Very impressed with how polite and helpful. Used to work in retail and know how difficult it can be so really appreciated that extra effort.

Superstar for Superdry
Well the service was good know exactly when my purchase was ready for collection. And of course your quality control is very good that’s important but I also knew development would be 100%.

2 coats ordered, 1 arrived faulty the other dirty.
I ordered 2 coats at a combined cost of over £170 and expected to receive very good quality items. When they arrived I noticed that neither coat was in a sealed bag so started to look at them thoroughly. With one of the coats I found that it stank of perfume/aftershave and had lots of hairs all over the inside of the coat. This was clearly not a new coat and had been returned to a store unwanted. The staff who sent the coat in the post cannot have checked it properly or they would have seen the condition the coat was I. With the other coat, there was a fault with the inside pocket and I had to travel to my nearest Superdry store to take these back for a refund/exchange at my own cost.
Once in the store it was pretty simple to refund/exchange the coats but I shouldn’t have needed to go to the store as more care should be taken when picking items for online orders so as not to send dirty items to someone just for them to have to return them.

Staff in store were really nice and…
Staff in store were really nice and very helpful, I was looking for some carpenter jeans and was able to pick up the size I wanted in store in one colour but had to have to other colour ordered and delivered. It came quickly after ordering it. The fit feel and quality is great.
