I ordered online for inshore collection. I was updated on the progress of delivery and it arrived exactly when it said it would. Staff were extremely helpful in store on collection.
The jacket is amazing quality, I can't believe I got such a bargain. I ordered a size 12 and I'd say it's true to size.

Found what I was looking for quickly - which is 99% of customer satisfaction. Shop floor staff didn't really interact with me, but then they didn't bother me either. Got the impression they preferred to leave punters be, unless they were needed.

Had a very positive experience with assistant in the argyle street shop she was really friendly and also shared a bit of good humour with me you about the corndbeef people would do well to keep her in any of your stores.. a cheery wee person 👍😁

Great experience
Great experience. Ordered two coats for my daughter to try and, although she didn't keep either of them, customer service was great. Returned them to the store in Glasgow and I received my refund within a matter of hours. Can't fault them at all.

I bought an expensive coat last week…
I bought an expensive coat last week and specifically ask the lady "is it waterproof "she said " it keeps you dry but if your out for long periods and it's heavy rain you might feel a little damp" I went out 3 nights later and I walked no more than 5 mins and my top was soaking wet!. Your called SUPERDRY!!!.

Great service to customers
It was the visual merchandiser who helped me pick a jacket more suited to my shape amd height. I was unsure of what to get but knew I wanted to buy a jacket and with his very helpful advice I bought a parka that is ideal fit, length, weight and style

Fantastic store staff.
Fantastic service from the customer service assistant in your Glasgow store who was warm and welcoming and professional. I had a couple of returns that were dealt with by a different assistant and the same applies to them. As I buy from you mostly online it is great to find that your store staff are exceptional abassadors for the company and brand. Thank you. I wish I had both girls names to mention them in person.
