The female member of staff was welcoming and friendly. They helped me locate what I was looking for and which I then purchased as well as a couple of tee shirts. A little dearer than other stores but better quality. Very pleased with my purchases.

The lady at the tills in the Glasgow…
The lady at the tills in the Glasgow fort Superdry was so kind and helpful give her a raise considering she was the only one in there and managing the whole store perfectly

Excellent service
I ordered 5 items and they arrived within a couple of days. I kept two and took the other 3 back to the local branch, my refund was processed immediately and the money was back in my account 24 hours later. I love the two items I kept, good quality and good materials, and the service was outstanding.

Love this company
Love this company, the quality to the customer service in the stores I just have nothing bad to say about it. Mostly all natural fibres to so I know it’s going to last and not fast fashion!

1st Class service from Olivia
I needed a new lightweight jacket, and Olivia was great at helping me decide on the right colour and size. I was really impressed and also very pleased with my new jacket.

The staff member at SD at Glasgow fort was excellent, he took his time to understand my need for the size of pullover I was needing let me try other ones on and then ordered the one I wanted then he explained about the gift card I had that would now extend for another 2 years...first class staff member sorry I did not get his name .

Poor choice and abrupt staff
Went there to use gift cards given to me. I liked doing this in previous years after Christmas to get some bargains in the sales. Unfortunately when I asked a store assistant she told me there is no sale items anymore, it’s all online and they would match the price, so I was wandering around the store trying to find things from the website that looked ok and trying to find them in store! Another assistant tried to find a pair of jeans I liked but they weren’t there. Eventually settled on a coat I liked tho.
The young female store assistant was very dismissive and unhelpful towards me which I found unnecessary.
