Shopping made pleasurable.
I always enjoy a visit to Superdry in Exeter and never leave without a purchase. Always say I don't need anything, but so many nice good quality clothes to choose from.
The staff are always helpful and friendly. It is so refreshing to be able to shop on the High Street and be able to try clothes on. Particularly when you are tall.

As a disabled woman…
As a disabled woman using a mobility scooter I was unable to access the first floor women’s dept. There was a lift but the scooter could not turn to get out.
The shop assistant asked if I knew what I was looking for and he offered to order it for me and have it delivered to my home address with no charge.
His assistance made a great impression on me due to his patience and kindness.
