Had a long wait at till. Only one person working it and at least 6 hanging about on the floor. Customer service at the till was v good. Assistant taking a lot of stick for the long wait

Loved the crawley store, such a shame its closed down now, i always enjoyed buying/having a look around the store, staff was always helpful and polite.

Very comfortable socks ordered before nice fitting

Shopping was great, everyone on the store was super friendly, had help from all the staff specially the lovely manager Leah and Ghita. They all made it easy to allocate what I needed

The staff and managers were absolutely brilliant. It’s a shame they will be closing the store and big loss to Crawley. They will be missed by all of us.
They have had a massive job on their hands getting through the last few days we watched the customers completely trash the shop. Must of been been really rough on the staff knowing the shop is closing.

Excellent counter staff, friendly and quick delivery at home.

Found a nice birthday present for my teenage granddaughter. Lots to choose from but expensive and sizes come up a bit small.

I saved up and bought two school bags for my kids, and was disappointed that it didnt get a discount because they were for the children. I then bought a superdry jumper for my older teenage son, and hoped that having spent over £100, I might get some discount knowing this was alot of money for so many people.
I was told no because I wasnt a student. I said that I only had my photo id for my job in the school, to which I was told "Oh you work in a school, you can a discount for that". If I hadnt mentioned it offchance, I would not have known I qualified. Money is tight. Ive always wanted a jumper for myself, but I prioritise my kids, and can't afford one for me too. Making Superdry more affordable or having something up for who can get discounts (other than students) would be useful.

I had to return item bought online. Expected to be told by store staff that I wil have to get refunded then will have to buy right product online in a separate process. I got what I wanted from the store, just a striaght swap, kept the 10% discount I had online too. Lovely Crawley store staff.

I returned a shirt at Crawley branch that was under 4 months old and as the fabric had warn away under the arm pit. I have around 6 SD shirts.

I was told this was on me, they wouldn't swap it and it wasn't effectively just an inferior peace of material. If SD shirts have a 3-4 month life expectancy, It wouldn't be good value for money.

I went to the shop and saw a dress in a sale which I loved but my size wasn’t available, so they ordered the right size for me to be delivered to the house.
The process was smooth, fast and the dress gorgeous! I am very happy.
