delivery to store too slow
My order was expected to be delivered to store on Tuesday. I went on Saturday to collect but it hadn’t arrived. Too late for my holiday. Very disappointing especially as it was the Cheltenham store - the home of superdry!

My item arrived on time I ordered 2itrms 1item was missing I phoned Superdry told person what happened they said they would resend item and it arrived today very good customer service

Awful

delivery problem
i had a problem with my parcel as i put the wrong postcodeon address and because of that the item got rejected at royal mail and sent to missmatch warehouse and basically stuck indefinetly ! .. i tryed contacting the Royal Mail with no success so whent to my local sorting office where the postman basically said you will not get it and will more than likely be sent back to Superdry eventually .... so i contacted Superdry and managed to do an online chat to a lady called Rebecca and so glad i did as she was amazing and helped me sort problem , after i explained my situation she sorted everything and put me at ease with her help .. i cannot thank her enuff she was polite proffesional explained everything and just a joy to speak to .. put my faith back in people .. cheers Rebecca your a ⭐️
