Very disapointed
I have not recieved my purchase. It was due on Monday 14/10/24 we were in all day and it still hasnt arrived. I have sent a e- mail to care customer services but had no reply. Can you please look into this matter urgently.

Great vibe/ atmosphere in the shop; spotted the checked, pleated mini skirt; it fitted brilliantly, true to size; thought the price was reasonable; bought it; love it!

Went in with a return that was processed easily and efficiently. Then wanted a replacement product and had great customer service to help me find what i was looking for.

The girls in store were very sweet, but lacking a bit in actual useful engagement, like helping find the right sized garments, not just pointing you to the aisle

Security tag left on
I have to go back to the shop to have the security tag removed as the shop assistant forgot to remove it from my shirt. As you can imagine this is a very frustrating waste of my time.

My partner ordered a coat about a month ago, which has not turned up, emails sent to tell them but they chose to ignore, never trust a company with no phone number, do not use.
