Brilliant and ressuring experience!
Excellent service in store! Both sales assistants were attentive to needs and very helpful. Thoughtful, professional and friendly. They explained instructions clearly and went out of their way to show we which size jacket would be more suitable for me. This resulted in me ordering and paying for the jacket to be delivered. Thank you for all your help gentlemen! I will definitely be shopping in Bury store again for Christmas presents for my family. A great 5 star shopping experience.

Awesome looks and supreme quality
I’m so happy with my embossed T-shirt and especially my new tarp rucksack. As usual with Superdry the products look awesome and the quality is excellent too, bonus!

The staff are friendly and helpful
The staff are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. The clothing stylish and suitable for most ages. Slightly on the expensive side, in some styles, but are a higher quality, than other stores and have a much longer life.

I received a jacket with security…
I received a jacket with security device attached to it. I wrote to superdry and they respond very quick . I exchanged it for me after I been to the shop but I was expecting a small compensation fir all these hassles which I had experienced. Other than that I am happy with their service

Lovely coat, very warm, great price in the sale. Size was a little larger than usual items from Superdry. Daughter loves it

Ordered online, size slightly big. Returned in Bury St Edmunds branch. The girl on shop floor quickly found me the right size, lad at cash register was also polite and quick. Great shopping experience
