My partner placed an order for click and collect in the Birmingham bullring branch. I went to collect and had the most arsey rude man at the till who wouldn’t let me have the items until I showed proof of my partners ID even tho I had mine! I mean firstly who would carry their partners ID around and secondly maybe if this is the information needed you write this in your website so that people know! No need to be rude and think he was better than anyone else!

Fast delivery and also arrived in a paper bag, which is brilliant for the environment!
My daughter is over the moon with this jacket for school and so far we have received every British weather and it has coped perfectly!

Disconnect between online and in store ordering made the experience needlessly stressful. I wanted to order and pay for an online item in store. I couldn't. When I went online to pay the item I wanted was not click and collect, and the website didn't tell you that until the payment screen. Frustrating. I had to pick a different item in the same range which the system deemed I could click and collect. The website froze during this process. When I was told that the item had been delivered to the store, I went to collect it only to be told that "sometimes the email isn't correct". Waste of time. I had to go back the next day to finally get my item only to find that the sizing between different items is itself different. I went in store originally to get a good fit, pay in store and collect next day. None of these happened. Other stores have seemless on-line to in-store shopping processes, but Superdry does not. My first time shopping with Superdry and this experience soured me to it.
