I haven't actually received it
I haven't actually had it. Didn't deliver to the store, CS were helpful and resent it, but still not arrived. Notification it was dispatched. But not got to the store I asked for it to be delivered to.

Mixed experience
The stuff I bought was great.
The bit of a let down was, I bought online with a 10% discount and went for collection in store. And found out that everything in store was 20%off! This was not advertised anywhere, had I known I would have just bought it in store.

Bromley Store. A perfectly helpful assistant who didn’t mind searching through stock to help me find what I wanted. When I declined items the young lady ordered online for me. All this service and served with a pleasant smiley attitude.

I was in Bromley looking for a coat…
I was in Bromley looking for a coat that I had my eyes on since October last year and a member of staff in the store helped me out as I couldn’t find it in the shop. He had an idea of what I was talking about and came out with two coats one of them which is what I wanted. Ordered it with him as they didn’t have my size in the store. Came two days later! Very happy with my coat
