Been a customer of SD for years, growing old disgracefully. Pleased to see that quality has only improved over last decade while they kept their style and brand intact.
Personnel is always amazing. Thank you, guys, at the Bracknell store! Shop is tidy and well run!

good quality, lots to choose from, although some sizes differ,
brought a top wrong size for a xmas present after Xmas they credited back the small one and got a delivery of the correct size to my door.

Server was very helpful noticed a tiny mark on jacket checked for more stock didn’t have another in my size so spoke to manager & gave me 10% discount

Order has not arrived in store despite showing as delivered online.

No customer service for Click & collect failure
Ordered an item for Click and collect on Sunday 14th in store as they were not in stock. Tracking information showed it to have been delivered Tuesday. No EMAIL to say it was ready so went along to store on 20th. Item had not been delivered to them. Superdry are not contactable by phone or chat so the only remaining option is to send a message which gets no reply. Another Xmas disappointment due to lack of customer service.
