I went in for an appointment I made on puter for highlights and super cut… ist time she put foils in my hair for highlights after she pulled them off PURE WHITE I wanted my hair brown with highlights, not NOWAY PURE WHITE… she did toner we picked out… It was applied washed and this time I WAS ORANGE!!! I am 64 I don’t do Orange, purple white or anything else… she put on a darker toner washed it out oh good news after she stripped the ORANGE OUT I walked out with YELLOW HAIR BRASY and told to wait and week and get lo lights..I was there from 11:30-4:30 and wanted to cry!!!! My hair is done!!! Even looks thinned out!!! Just not a happy camper 2 strikes and your OUT! I am done with them!!! NO MORE! Clinton twp store… My Hair is very short and upon leaving all I heard was “At least it’s not ORANGE”!!! What a Choice!!! All I needed was highlights not yellow, white, ORANGE hair!!!

Avoid at all costs! You may develop a serious medical condition getting your hair cut here like I did. They don't properly sanitize their equipment. I know this because shortly after getting my hair cut with supercuts, I developed blisters on the back of my head that are painful and ooze a clear liquid. They form an amber colored crust by bedtime every night. I went to a doctor, and they told me I have impetigo. It's highly painful and contagious and comes from places like supercuts. I'm in hell because this crap hurts something fierce and I feel like I have a fever. I might need to make a second trip to the doctor. I have an underlying medical issue that makes it difficult to heal from bacterial infections like the one I got from supercuts. if any Good Lawyers are interested, I have evidence and would love to sue the heck out of this crappy company.

I asked for a slight trim, and my hair is way above my shoulders, and my bangs are WAY above my eyebrows and made my hair look like a nasty little boy. I absolutely hate my hair and how I look now because of this, And one side was longer than the other in the front so I had to trim it myself, which I have no experience cutting hair so now it looks even worse. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Im NEVER going back to that place, do better and listen to your clients.. my hair is so short. Again, I asked for a slight trim and specifically said keep it as long as possible. Note my hair was a little past my shoulders, and my bangs were a little past my EYES. So now my hair is way above my shoulder and my bangs are way above my eyebrows. And I mean this review in the nicest possible way, I know you can do better! Sorry if this review came off as rude, im just extremely upset that my hair is so short..

We’d give 0 stars ✨ if we could. My husband went to get a simple men’s haircut and the woman at the prairieville Walmart said she couldn’t cut a man’s hair. How does a hair salon hire someone that can’t do a man’s haircut. Simple as they come. She got paid to literally sit there and play on her phone today .

My appointment was with Alex(andra).

Alex was a very pleasant young lady, and had great communication / human relations skills.

She also did a fantastic job cutting my hair.

I highly recommend that if you are looking to have your hair cut, to give Alex an opportunity to earn your business.

The on-line process is easy / seamless.

Alex is more than capable, and the cost for her services are reasonable.

I walked into Supercuts and asked for a haircut they were friendly and helpful said they could do it, I waited a bit then the stylist came over to get me. She asked me a few questions and proceed to wash cut and blow dry. The cut was beyond what I expected, I feel so beautiful and she knew exactly what to do. Thank you Julie!!!

I recently had an experience that left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated, all because of a well-intentioned gift card. A friend kindly gifted me a SuperCuts gift card, and I thought it would be a great opportunity to try out a new hairstyling experience. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a regrettable haircut and a significant waste of both time and money.

Armed with my SuperCuts gift card, I walked into the salon with the intention of utilizing the gifted amount without dipping into my own wallet. My primary motive was to save some cash while getting a decent haircut. After all, my regular barber, who I've faithfully visited for years, only charges a mere $8 more than the basic cut amount, and that's including a tip.

The initial warning signs began when the stylist seemed disinterested in my instructions. I explicitly communicated my concerns about my high widow's peak and stressed the importance of avoiding a "V" shape when my hair laid flat. Unfortunately, it appeared that my instructions fell on deaf ears. The stylist went ahead with the cut, and the result was exactly what I had dreaded - a glaring "V" at my hairline, even when my hair was styled down. It was as if my concerns had been ignored entirely, leading to a look that was far from what I had envisioned.

But the disappointment didn't end there. When it came time to settle the bill, I confidently handed over my SuperCuts gift card, expecting a seamless transaction. To my astonishment, the cashier informed me that they were unable to accept the gift card as payment. Instead, I was forced to pay with my own hard-earned cash. This unexpected turn of events left me feeling frustrated and cheated, as I had specifically chosen SuperCuts to avoid spending my own money.

Considering the less-than-satisfactory haircut I received and the fact that I could have paid just $8 more to receive a much better cut from my trusted barber, my disappointment with SuperCuts is immense. The entire experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail, disregard for my instructions, and an unfortunate payment debacle.

In hindsight, the allure of saving a few dollars pales in comparison to the disappointment and regret I now feel. While SuperCuts might work well for some, my personal experience has left me convinced that the extra $8 spent at my regular barber is a far better investment for a quality haircut and a stress-free experience. I can't help but wish I had opted for the familiar comfort of my main barber, where I know I would have received the attention, expertise, and consideration that I sorely missed during my ill-fated visit to SuperCuts.

Supercuts in Sylvania OH has been very convenient in location and I have received the best professional cuts from Natalie. Obviously highly skilled and experienced.

They messed my hair up. I asked for a wolfcut. Bangs to the middle of my nose and an inch cut off. Tell me why my bangs are up to my eyebrows, my hair is thin and short??? Terrible. They take so long for it to come out like trash!

Two of the worse haircuts ever. My wife and I on a vacation in Florida and thought we'd get our hair cuts as we had pictures of exactly what we wanted. Showed them to the stylist (if you can call them that), and their responses were we can do that cut for you. The end result was not ever close to what we'd shown them so they were just in for the money and the cuts were quick and dirty for sure. We thought in that we had pictures of what we wanted that they could get us close to those looks, but they couldn't even do that after say "no problem. Now months of growning out and we'll find a good cutter but these two woman could not cut and also were liars.

My hairstylist @ Supercuts Lewisham Branch Valentina is amazing! She styled and coloured my hair nicely and took extra care with my sensitive scalp. I also love the colour blend that she applied on my hair as the result was something I love. Thank you so much Valentina.

First time I was treated very rude told check in on pad, I said there is someone's debit card info and I don't think I should,was told just to hit enter. Didn't stay. Second time, I thought I will try again several weeks later, maybe just a bad day. New the routine this time,checked in and it told me a 3 minute wait,so I waited 10 minutes and then rudely asked what I needed??? I said I checked in and she said we don't have any appointments .We are too busy, come back in a couple of hours,I said I wouldn't be back. This was in the Van Buren AR Walmart store.

Racine WI location. Ignored for about a half hour while employees just chatted with the one person being worked on. Arrived early for 4:00 appointment. Left around 4:30. Will never return.

My Granddaughter has a rare situation ,the nerves in her scalp respond differently then most,when doing her hair she could pass out for over active nerves in her scalp....
Mrs.Sharber has cut her hair once before...Every experience has been very professional,an she enjoyed her experience with alisa ,an that says alot she is 11yrs old an can talk your ears off..

Don't waste your time making a reservation or checking in online. The time you select does not mean anything and its not an actual appointment. I really don't get the point of the reservation system at all, might as well remove it. Anyone walking in off the street will be ahead of you. So its basically the opposite of useful reservations like at a restuarant, doctors office, golf tee time, whatever.

Sargon did a great job on my hair. I had cut my hair myself. Big mistake!!!! He was so professional and quickly gave me a great haircut. Thank you, Sargon.

Each time I have visited the Supercuts I have had excellent friendly and professional service. I like the way they trim my hair and am happy and continue to go back. Krystal has been my hair stylist the last few times and she is super, listens, and is as professional, friend, and makes sure her customer is super happy when they leave.

Maddie in Hastings Nebraska butchered my hair! I said I wanted below my chin, touching my collarbone. She cut it a full 2 inches above that. ABOVE my chin! This woman should NOT BE ALLOWED NEAR SCISSORS!
