Works as advertised. Used my membership to purchase a discount gift card at a retailer. Received gift card within a few minutes. Happy with the variety of outlets offered. One suggestion would be to improve the iPhone app as it looks and feels outdated. Website works well.

Supercard is a lovely membership where you can save a lot of money on brands as well as amazing travel perks.

Customer service are always there for you and are always looking to improve their services and really care about you as their customers. I have been a member now for four months and am really enjoying the discounts and savings. I am looking forward to staying at the Marriott Hotel in York next month courtesy free from the Supercard team. It's absolutely amazing. I'd recommend anyone to sign up. You won't be disappointed.

Mixed feelings for this company. They mananged to get my elderly mother to take out a card which she didn't need and will never use as she is housebound and suffers with dementia. It took a while to get trhrough to them on the phone but in the end I did get to talk to a woman who was understanding and could see thst the card hadn't been activated or used. When I expalined the situation she said that they would make a full refund which they did and the money came through promptly. However my mother is registered with the TPS so they should never of contacted her in the first place.

AVOID Cold Called saying that during the cost of living crisis we need more money ! The call from this company was trying to give me a discount card for the postage price of £2.99 - no mention of the £100’s of go to fees if you didn’t cancel . I said it’s a scam . Call agent then put me onto her supervisor who was very insistent and argumentative that it wasn’t a scam and assured me that you could cancel at any time , you will be given a number and an e mail address . I read the reviews on here to her and challenged her as to why they fees have not been mentioned . Nothing was mentioned until I said it ! I know from a professional capacity it’s not that easy once they have your credit card details . Cancelling will be very hard and stressful !!! My offer of sending the cash for the postage was rejected - of course it was , they wont have my credit card then ! I know this is a genuine card but their sales tactics are a complete shambles you 100% should be told the fees at the start of the call for the card before any discounts ! The supervisor proceeded to say that she will listen to the call back and if the agent had not her job properly she will be sacked - doesn’t matter that she’s a single mother she will still be sacked - such a professional company AVOID

Really helpful in arranging my return flights to Iceland. Customer services team were very helpful and friendly. There was slight hiccup with membership but that was promptly resolved.

I have enjoyed the accommodation and flights I get every year.

Cold calling - from a Bolton Number, but stated they were in London- didn't like me questioning - stated they were calling from smartsavingsuk and i could get a Supercard Black for £2.99 - however on looking on website it is a £299.99 charge annually. I apparently i'm eligible and they would give a a £40.00 payment off my gas/electric bill. As i live in a high cost area, and this is to help with cost of living. I asked if this was a gov scheme, and he got shirty with me, and just wanted me to make a payment.
They wanted me to give all my card details over the phone, i refused and they sent me an email to make a payment. I put the phone down, as it was a different company and they were pushing for money.
It sounded like this person was putting on a posh accent, and they whole thing screamed scam. I've never heard of this company before

Supercard are a great team, always friendly and helpful but more importantly solve any problems or queries really quickly.
The whole discount card and travel perks are easy to use and offer fabulous value for money.

I got this card free from my broadband provider and I have used it a couple of times for a discount. It would be better if you could get a discount code without buying a gift card and if the discounts were a little more as they are quite small.

The sales team on my 'cold' call were so cagey. First told me you can use online, then it cant when I challenged it based on another review on TP. Price given was £1.99 to have the card delivered. Next man then said it was £199 a year. clever play on words to get you to give you the bank card details.

Doesn't fill you with confidence when one person says one thing and someone else says something different. Reviews show small discounts with little benefits, which I mentioned on our call. Tried to re-direct me away from Trustpilot and onto their own website... which in itself shows they have no confidence in their brand or selling ability. I have declined their offer and wouldn't share my card details with a cold caller.

I got Supercard from my internet provider. I use it frequently to avail discounts on gift card and everyday purchases. Very easy to use. Highly recommend! Just need to remember to use it.

It ain't a huge discount but every little helps, would be better if you could Just activate discount without having to buy a e-gift. Having a physical card that you can scan to get the same discount.

Very easy to buy gift cards at a discount. The e-gift cards get sent through by email and you can save them on your phone to use in store. Discounts for the main supermarkets are around 2.5-3.5% - I was hoping for larger discounts. Some of the supermarket discounts are only valid in-store (eg Sainsburys, Tescos). Discounts for coffee and restaurants chains are larger, around 8.5% to 10.5%.

My SuperConcierge Sarah Brown was so super amazing and very helpful. She delivered for me in a timely manner as well. I am very grateful for Super Card as it is a life saver.

Overall Supercard is alright, however the discounts seem to be just marginally worse then most other discount perk companies apps etc, like many people, my friend's work has given him free access to a perks gift card scheme and more than 9 times out of 10 his discounts seem to be better than mine. What I'm trying to say is Supercard is okay but at the end of the day it is a paid service that has worse discounts than (from my experience) free perk schemes work places. Supercard need to up there discounts.

We are enjoying benefiting from discounts on supermarket and clothing stores. We are hoping that more supermarkets will be added which will be super amazing!
