George gave us our quote on Monday the surveyor came on Tuesday and the work started on Wednesday and was all finished on Friday. Amazing service mark and chelene installed the soffit and fascia and guttering and done an amazing job then James and Phil installed windows and doors and there work was amazing too I would highly recommend supaglazing to everyone

I’ve used supaglazing over the last 5 years and they’ve always been superb. They fitted some new doors for me in my last house which added so much kerb appeal and style. In my new house, they fitted a new front door and replaced some blown out windows and also swapped out some stained glass panes I had which weren’t to my liking. Again, the kerb appeal has vastly improved. Even my neighbours have commented how great the updates are.

Everything is really straightforward with SG, no fuss, no frills and they don’t put pressure. They’ve always been respectful that I like to shop around for quotes and they are never beaten on price. The quality is always exceptional and it’s peace of mind too. Thanks so much to George, Emma, Abbie, Tara and the whole team. A lovely family run business and I could not recommend them more.

Someone recommended contacting Tony at Supaglazing to help me out of a very difficult and expensive mistake. I'd removed existing patio doors to find the double glazed units I'd measured and ordered were too tall! This left my elderly father in law with a roughly 2m square hole in his wall. I contacted Tony, he sent a surveyor the next day and we had the windows built and expertly fitted in a week! The previous doors I'd commissioned took 12 weeks and cost more without fitting. Everyone I and my father in law came into contact with was professional and helpful, I still can't believe they were able to sort my problem out in a week. I'd worried that the house could be unsecure for at least a month whilst I tried to sort things out. I highly recommend Supaglazing, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks Tony & team.

We got 4 quotes from different local companies for our window, door and roofline to be done and no company came close to matching Supaglazing in terms of price, fit time or choice. Every person we have dealt with from initial sales to survey and fitting, have been fantastic. Special mention must go to Mark and Charlene who have provided such excellent craftsmanship and service through out the installation. They take such pride in their work and have transformed our house. When choosing tradespeople it can be daunting but I would recommend using Supaglazing. They are so reliable and can do the job in a much quicker time frame than we had quoted from any other company. First rate service- thank you!

Firstly the sales rep (G), was straight up and gave me a very good price. No fancy words or technical terms trying to flower up his speech.
Price. Other companies even when hard negotiating happended they were still a long way off what supaglazing offered me.
Trimmings. I Wanted it done as soon as possible. They quoted me sooner than any of the other manufacturing dates offered by other companies.
Fitting. I had both mark and Chelene come and fit. They worked thier socks off all day, good standard and left the place clean and tidy. Fantastic fitters (mastic/caulking) finish was very good. Also Five stars to them.
Overall very pleased with supaglazing and thier fitters, I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

Supa Glazing are a lovely family run business from George coming out to help us choose what we wanted, he's so helpful to Tina she is lovely always happy to help over the phone with anything else . The fitters and plastering team Mark and Chelene was excellent very friendly , polite and professional finish done . Mark and Chelene fitted new fascias, soffits etc today and we're very happy with the job. They were friendly and professional and obviously enjoy their work - what a delight to hear people laughing whilst still working hard. They enjoyed our cappuccinos and brownies and our dog enjoyed pinching their tools and running off with them. Superglazing will be back in the next week or so to fit new windows and we've also asked them to quote on another job. Well done guys!

I first used this company in 1999 to double glazed my entire house. When I needed my new house to be double glazed I called all the other big double glazing companies and got quotes from them which was a lot. I then remembered supaglazing but I wasn't sure if they were still in business after so many years. They came around give me a quote which was cheaper than all the other companies and in 3 weeks the windows and doors were ready to be fitted. The fitters came and in 2 days I had my entire house double glaze and 2 new doors. I can't remember the fitters name there was Mark, James, Sherene I think and a 4. They were a credit to the company. I found them professional , entertaining and they had me making endless tea and coffee which I don't mind as they were brilliant.
I am not a person who actually leaves review in fact this is my first but when you receive good service in this day and age it is to be celebrated. The staff at supaglazing Emma and the team kept me fully updated and appraised and whenever I called them they couldn't be more helpful. I would have no hesitation using this company again. A lot of big companies could take a leave out of this company book to show them how customer services is done. I also wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We are writing this review following a visit last week from David to have a look at our door which wasn't shutting properly. He was excellent - he did an excellent job on our door and was really thorough and helpful so we are really pleased. We had the door fitted in 2013 so to receive this level of service that long after the fitting is absolutely brilliant.

Excellent service. We had 4 windows fitted by supaglazing. The fitters Dave and Darren were friendly, and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up afterwards and left no mess at all. Will recommend Supaglazing to all our friends and family. Thank you for the great service we received also from the Salesman who was not pushy at all and also to the office staff who were all very friendly.

We have dealt with George and the team for years. We have replaced our vertical sliding windows and everyone comments how good they look. I have recommended them to friends who have used them and have been equally happy with the results. The windows are great and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Problems with the new front door, and subsequently the lock which took some time to resolve. Today the company pulled out all the stops to get the problem fixed. It is unfortunate that this followed my negative review of the service - hope that there will be some improvements in responding to customers as a result.

From the excellent Salesperson through to the exemplary fitting of the windows, the service was faultless.

SupaGlazing managed to copy the original 1920s stained glass fan lights and made an outstanding job of it.

I would have no hesitation in recommending SupaGlazing at all. They were professional from start to finish.

I had used this company before and was happy with their service - NOT THIS TIME!! They were tardy, unresponsive to enquiries and slow to respond to issues raised.

In August 2021, I asked them to replace the windows to a property I own. We agreed a price and I paid half upfront. So far, so good. However, I was surprised to get a phone call the day before the installation date asking for the balance. When I asked why, I was given some spiel about them not being paid on other jobs after completing the work. Given the fact that I was a repeat customer who had never had an issue with them previously and had always paid, I was stunned at this level of customer service. However, they dug in their heels and refused to budge, so I grudgingly paid up - big mistake!! NEVER PAY IN FULL BEFORE THE WORK IS COMPLETE - walk away instead.

Thankfully, they did turn up to start the work, but that's about the only good thing I can say about them this time round: their timekeeping was poor and we were left waiting around for them to turn up on both days the job was supposed to take. They made a mess at the property, left their materials all over the place - thankfully, there were no children about - and promised to return the following week to fix some bits that they were unable to do at the time. Nearly five months later, I'm still left with a cracked glass pane, missing handle and other bits and bobs. The windows are draughty - apparently they have only fixed the frame with screws and not also used a foam seal like other companies do. And used cheaper, thinner glass (hence why so many panes cracked during installation).

I've spoken with their office several times and when I've eventually got through to a decision-maker, been fobbed off with all day appointments several weeks in advance and a refusal to countenance any time slots. So here we are, in January 2022, with work outstanding on a two day job from 5 months ago. Sadly, this looks like the last time I'll use them.
