Very happy with the end product. It has become our go to space year round and is used much more than expected. Delivered ahead of time. Requested a visit if and when one of the installation team is in the area to sort out a minor snagging issue any months ago- but not resolved.

Recently had a garden room added to our house.
The quality is second to none , and the guys that installed it very polite and knowledgeable.
Have already hosted several dinner parties in it and everyone is very impressed.
It took three days to complete.

Loving our sunroom.. the best feature we ever added to our home. Liked that we chose local and happy with the quality of work.

Excellent product but took 3/4 months to fully fit what should have been fitted in one go. Fitters should have been on site early on the day but didn't turn up until 2.30 in afternoon. Installation was originally quoted to take 2 days but fitters rushed and it took them until 8.30 the same day and fitted parts which sunspaces knew were wrong which meant sending another 2 fitters on another 2 separate occasions afterwards to undo pieces of veranda to fit correct pieces which should have been sent on first installation day.

Great product and install engineers, poor and pathetic customer service

Just had our Aspire Veranda delivered and installed.
Very please. The Sunspaces team were great from the start, keeping us advised of delivery dates, payments etc all the way through. Delivery team were very helpful and the installation team great.

Sunspaces have been fantastic since day one. The Sales Team talked us through all our options and worked within our budget. Having been badly let down by a previous company, we asked for regular contact and updates which we got. The glass veranda and awning under blind looks amazing and will give us the shade and shelter we wanted. The installation team and customer coordinator worked hard to get this delivered and fitted in good time. Thank you

Great company, great product! Everything went really smoothly from the first visit by Ben who was very friendly and helpful, the guys who did the installation and the costumer service people who solved the problems promptly and were very polite. So I highly recommend this company !

We were very pleased with the installation even though there were a couple of teething problems which were soon rectified. The fitters were very pleasant and professional and left no trace of mess.
The veranda is a fantastic addition to our home and garden.

I am so pleased with the new sun room. It's a very useful addition, allowing me to make greater use of the outdoor space, well into the late evening. The team worked with me, including on-site surveys to understand my needs and then progressed to order. Once delivered, the installation only took 2 days. The install team were courteous, conscientious and thorough professionals. Just a few teething problems with the installation but the team at Sunspaces have got them in hand. I recommend SunSpaces if you want a modern addition to your house and garden.

We found the whole process excellent and stress free. The delivery of the awning happened the week before installation and the pallets were put exactly where we wanted.
The installation took a couple of days and the team (of 2) were brilliant. They turned up early and worked straight through the days.
We are delighted with the result and have kept our original awning as a sunshade below the veranda.

Sunspaces have been really amazing, I kept going back for quotes every few months and each time they were very helpful. The survey, delivery and fitting were very quick and tidy. I can't praise enough. I love sitting out under my verandah and especially in the rain, very special.

I am very happy with the new sun room. Construction was quick and efficient. Minor defects were corrected when pointed out. All staff have been helpful and friendly. To get the finished product that is right for you, it is worth checking the drawings and small print carefully. Be prepared to ask questions and suggest changes to make your dream space become a reality. I can recommend SunSpaces for a super addition to your house and garden.

We are loving our Veranda, everything as we had hoped for. Fraser quoted us and dealt with all my changes, tweak's and re-quotes without complaint, Everything went really well, install guys Lee and John were brilliant. I think they enjoyed the Bacon Butties and Burgers!
I would give 5 stars or 4.99, but only reason didn't was due to guys arriving to install on the Monday and the Veranda didn't arrive until Tuesday midday. So we lost a day and half.
But well worth the wait.
