What a truly wonderful and caring company Sunnyfields Pet Crematorium in Braintree is. We sadly lost our beautiful cat, Jemima, in the early hours of last Sunday Morning. From the moment John picked the phone up, he instantly calmed me with his caring and sensitive manner and I knew that Jemima would be taken care of with empathy and kindness. John took care of everything and explained every step and when he brought her ashes back, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful bag that had our memorials, velvet boxes and handmade hearts that it contained. The final wonderful touch was the personalised folder with letters, poems and blessings that truly felt as if Jemima had written them herself. We will never forget your sincere kindness during such a terribly emotional time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Hayley & family.

My journey through cancer was made more bearable having my Frenchie, 'Mash,' by my side. Knowing Paula and John were consistently there for us, offering professional, compassionate, and genuine support, brought us immense comfort. Unlike many others, they aren't focused on profit but truly strive to guide you through the most challenging times in life. They provided the same exceptional care when we lost our beloved 'Paddy.' I'm wholeheartedly recommending them and, despite being a 'Karen,' I can confidently say your pets will receive unparalleled care and attention with them, guaranteed.

Absolutely superb service all round, I have the unusual and very sad occasion to lose two dogs in the same day, I took Queenie and Lexi to Sunnyfields and they were treated with the utmost respect and I their grieving owner was treated with the utmost kindness, highly recommended to all.

I lost my big beautiful boy (King Staffs) very recently. We lost him very quickly at the age of only 7, unfortunately bone cancer took hold of him and we had exhausted all the options and I could not watch him suffer anymore. I have used Sunnyfields before when I lost my cat Gizzy and the time and care they take of your fur baby is second to none. Paula and John are so understanding of your pain and will treat your baby as their own, as well as being there for the owner when you need them, I can not praise this company any higher, their products are beautiful and I think reasonable priced. Once again a massive thank you to Paula and John for all you do 🥰

My Frenchie'Mash' who stood by me through my Cancer ordeal meant the world to us, and knowing Paula and John was there, every step of the way again, made the journey easier as we knew he was in the right hands, they are caring, professional and very understanding, they are not money grabbers like most, they will do their best to support you through one of the saddest times in your life. They did the same when we lost our 'Paddy.' I would totally recommend them and I'm a 'Karen' Your pets are receiving the best service and care with them 100% 👍
