Love my sunglasses!
I ordered the Miras sunglasses as they were designed for smaller faces and they are perfect! Also, they are really light to wear and the lens are so clear. Great that you could get two pairs for the price of one as well (Sierra are good but I prefer the Miras on me) and can replace lens easily. Delivery was really quick too. Great service!

Not as good anymore
I’ve been ordering from Sungod for a bit, and it feels like lately the quality of sunglasses (lenses especially) has gone down, as well as support absolutely ghosting any requests made.
Considering the prices, at this point it’s just better to walk into a store and try something on, rather than bother with the online hassle, it will be faster and met with more care.

Hi Adis,
Thank you for the feedback, and for sticking with SunGod for a while. I'm sorry that your requests to our support team went unanswered. That's not the personal service we're known for, and our Customer Experience operation got away from us over the summer. We're now back on top of it and working hard to put it right.
We put a huge amount into the design and optical performance of our lenses, and they're trusted every day by some of the world's best athletes, so I'd like to understand what you've noticed with yours.
We can't identify your specific order from the information available to us, so I've requested your details through Trustpilot. If you send them across, I'll make sure this is followed up properly.

Fantastic, love Sun God
I first found SunGod when they were selling limited edition Geraint Thomas cycling glasses. I initially missed out but I think a few days later I was contacted to say they had a few left. Bang, no hesitation. Then a few years ago in Majorca I lost an ear sock. Contacted SunGod. No problem Mr Jones will send you a pair out. Excellent service. Today as I write this I'm now the proud owner of some, I suppose fashion glasses. Very high quality and the fit for me is perfect. I'm due back in Majorca, to ride again, naturally. Now I look cool on and off the bike. Knowing SunGod have my back if I have an issue. Thanks to SunGod.

I wish I could give them 6 stars!
I wish there was the option to award more than 5 stars! Whilst on holiday, my son threw a rugby ball at me and it hit my SunGods and broke one arm. I wasn't going to use the guarantee because I assumed it would be arduous, but I was wrong! It took 5 mins max to upload the image and report the issue. SunGod (it was actually a SunGoddess) responded straight away, told me they didn't have the frame I needed but I could choose another one and they would send me the whole frame (not just the broken arm) and within 5 days the frames were delivered to my home address in Dubai.

Love my new sunglasses
Love my new sunglasses, just wish they were a little bit tighter. I have a small head. When I’m wearing them normally, they are fine, but I can’t put them on top of my head because they fall down too easily. Can’t fault the quality or the delivery though, and the lifetime guarantee is a great bonus.

It's not often I write 'good' reviews
It's not often I write 'good' reviews, it's usually a thing to complain about. And I was concerned by a few negative reviews. But the Sierra glasses I received are terrific. They arrived quickly and the lens clarity is superb. They are light weight, but that's the beauty of them and very comfortable to wear.
Hopefully I won't need to use the lifetime guarantee, but so far so good. Highly recommended.

The best sunglasses I have ever owned
They are my second sunglasses from Sungod. Exceptional as the first ones if not better. The photochromic lens is perfect for golf, can’t see the difference moving from shade to sun and the clarity of the 8KO, wow!!!
