Lifetime guarantee works! What a joy to be able to report that after some time with my favourite Sungods, they snapped at the hinge. Working with Abby and her team we found my old order, a gift from my brother and I now have a new replacement pair! 10/10

Exceptional experience

Amazing. I had sent a pair of glasses for repair and had them returned with new frames which I hadn't expected. I decided to order some new lenses which arrived the next day without having paid for express delivery. Truly exceptional service

They look great, fit well and keep the sun out of my eyes when cycling. Also great to wear when driving and dog walking.

I bought the FORTY2s and I'm very pleased overall. My only issue is that I also bough a set of clear lenses for wet/low-light conditions and they are very difficult to swap over. There are YouTube videos for how to change the lenses on almost every other SunGod model, but not the FORTY2s and given how hard it is I think I know why! I eventually managed it by ignoring the instructions which said to disconnect the nose-piece first which was genuinely impossible. Since I don't anticipate changing the lenses too frequently I'm still going 4-star for the FORTY2s.

I love my new glasses. The clarity of the lens is amazing; everything looks so crisp. And they're so comfortable I can hardly tell I'm wearing them.

I really should give this 5 stars for eventually getting to a resolution but it felt frustrating for a little while ( sorry !! ). I had a returns problem ( at time we didn't know if I had ordered wrong replacement lenses ) and I had an email exchange which lasted almost 4 weeks from ordering before I was then dealt with in such a great manner it made me wonder why the hold up . I gather that due to the long, hot summer you were inundated with orders but waiting for answers was worrying as I was afraid that I would be timed out for a return . Anyway, eventually sorted and the service from then on was outstanding and back to the SunGod standard ( pheeeew !! ). It may have been good to have more warnings that queries may take even longer in peak times. All that said , I am extremely happy with the outcome and will continue to use you for my sunnies for me and my family .

Just amazing

Just amazing, I like the new frames without the frame pad. They also stay as the other ones in the right place. They are light. They fit so good. Love them!

I have now purchased 4 pairs of Sungod glasses, along with 2 sets of replacement lenses .
Previously given as gifts they have delighted the recipients.
The original ones have lasted a few years as they are lightweight and robust, the replacement lenses will enhance these and give even more years of practical use.
Great product with exceptional guarantee on the frames.

Honestly can’t fault them - great product, lasts for years and good support if you need it.

Fantastic sunnies, really well made and seem like they will last. Easy to order exactly what I wanted. Communication was exactly so I knew where order was and delivery was quick. Contemplating to get another pair.

Great service, great price and the sunglass lenses are really good at cutting out glare.

Very happy with my purchase. Designed the spec I wanted and received it a couple of days later. Very comfortable to wear. Like the idea that I can get free repairs etc

The customer service is very helpful and flexible. I decided to have a different frame than the one I bought. They said that they will ship the new frame. Impressive

Gtrat product, had lot of compliments.

Great sunglasses and case. I have 2 Vulcans, one with 8K0 and a McLaren one. Excellent products and great service. Will be buying more in the future

Sungod products are amazing and always have been, I own about 4 pairs of their sunglasses but their customer service is even better. The lifetime guarantee on frames is amazing and their team go about and beyond.

The glasses feel comfortable. And bring calm to my eyes. The only thing missing was a protective case. When you offer a lifetime guarantee it seems odd that you don't offer that additional protection. The flimsy bag seems to downgrade the high end nature of your product.

Service, product quality & attention to detail .
Simply just brilliant glasses … I have ditched all other brands now & just wear these …. I work outdoors so there are shades in every pocket 😁

Between us, our family members have 6 pairs of Sungods and I recently bought some cycle specific ones. All have been great, we’ve replaced lenses and had free replacement frames. It’s a great brand.

Excellent all round experience plus the product is outstanding.
