A fabulous villa, for 5 couples celebrating a birthday, so spacious, well equipped with a fabulous pool and pool area, close to local amenities (a short uber ride) and a short 10 min walk to the beach. Communication with sun-hat villas was excellent and informative throughout. Highly recommended

From start to finish Sun Hat Villas have given my holiday 100% attention. Questions answered quickly and information readily given. The villa was exactly as described and the photos & 360 video made us feel like we knew the place already!

Quick responses from the start of booking and while at the villa on holidays itself, great all round. Would highly recommend. Have been to Portugal around 15 times and with lots of agencies for villas. Used Sun-Hat this year for first time and would be delighted to use them again.

By far and away the easiest villa rental company I have dealt with! The process was unbelievably smooth and without fuss! The airport transfer company was perfect, everything was just great !

From our initial query regarding the villa to making the booking Sun Hat have been most efficient. We had one slight problem in the villa and this was dealt with quickly and without any waiting around. Our representative Sam was very pleasant and easy to contact. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. We will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic trip to Portugal with Sun Hat from start to finish. Rather than focusing on the villa itself (which was superb), I wanted to mention the customer service both in the UK and locally in Portugal.
Throughout the booking process there was always someone picking up the phone who were able to questions on the spot, and if not, they always called back quickly with the right info. This was hugely beneficial to the overall experience and a million miles away from the ‘online only’ service model.

Great company - every team member so helpful and go out their way to help. We were even offered loyalty cards to use against golf and restaurants which was a pleasant surprise and worth a lot when playing the Portuguese top courses

This is the fourth consecutive year we have booked with Sun Hat. Their service has been very personal in guiding us to the best home in the best location and we would not go past them for renting a home in Portugal.

When booking our holiday, Sun-hat were so helpful and organised. It was easy to book and pay.
On arrival the villa was pristine, absolutely luxurious. We were so happy.
Help from Charlie at Sun-hat was given straight away and it was great knowing that we could message someone with any issues.

This is the first time we have used SunHat Villas and will definitely use them again. Communication and information was very good. Our deposit was returned within a few days of leaving the accommodation.

Where do I Begin, we were advised to contact our rep on leaving the airport, so he could meet us at the Villa, when I did he told me he was running late so we had to wait quite some time for him to arrive, Villa Amie which we had booked for two weeks and paid quite a lot of money for the stay, looked absolutely beautiful on the website, and granted it is a beautiful house, but it has been very poorly looked after and needs a lot of tlc, but the house was absolutely filthy even I found a cockroach in the kitchen sink I did complain to my rep but she just said, oh so sorry will tell the cleaners to be more attentive when there due to come in a few days, so in the meantime I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean myself then myself and my husband were bitten constantly I complained to my rep, to the house manager, to the head office back in England all while I was there on my family holiday, they said they would send pest control to check the beds while we was out, and that the cleaners would come and clean the villa so we went out for the day, we arrived back to find the beds all ripped apart and no one had been to clean, so again I had to complain, I could go on but i will state that I will never use sunhat villas ever again and will go back to sandy blue villas, because our April stay with sandy blue was faultless the house was gleaming and the staff even had a food pack on arrival for us, which was a great little gesture, especially with two young children, sunhat villas I do not recommend.

In response to the reply from sunhat villas. No one arranged any cleaning of the villa, it was done on its due date, as I stated! And there was no extra cleaning needed on our departure as I had even pulled out beds and settees and cleaned up dust and hair clips from the previous renters. And had anyone ever got around to cleaning the high front window ledges because I’ve never seen as much dirt and insects from months possibly years of never being cleaned. And the damage you refer to the broken mirror well that fell off and almost landed on my 6 year old son. As it wasn’t very secure in its place. But I did pay waiver damage for my stay. And I have every message and every email. As well as photos of the dirty house. I have never once tried to negotiate any compensation from your company. I wanted a clean villa at the time. Or for someone to come asap and clean it. I’ve never wanted any money nor have I asked for any!!!

Easy to book with everything as promised, good communication leading up to and throughout the trip.
Plenty of information to cover any and all holiday requirements all in all a very well run operation.

From start to finish I lived this holiday. All the information was provided and clear instructions were given as soon the holiday was booked. Loved the space and the pool area of the place we stayed. Tina the holiday rep was always in hand and with some great recommendations for local restaurants and bars. We will be back. Thank you Sun Hat Villas!
