I'm using subwayhost dedicated Servers since along time and they were doing something great also support were helpful to me.

This person doesn't answer tickets. My service was broken. After reporting the issue, they simply ignored the ticket weeks, and they never fixed the problem. One of the worst hosts that I've experienced.

After 1/2 year with this provider...my impressions.

TL;DR version: Totally avoid this terrible provider.

Longer version:
Using this provider started out as very poor despite their keen promises - and only improved slightly over time.
Yes - their uptime was satisfactory - but that was all.

Their claim of=>
24/7 Technical Support - translates into 'you can make a ticket', and then...
They'll answer (poorly) from some distant TZ (Singapore ??) much, much later and will not have the skills to make things work correctly.

As for their '60 Day Money Back Guarantee', it will not help me as I foolishly didn't make use of it when I could have and instead fell prey to their (100% false) claims of being better - which lasted maybe 1 day out of 1/2 a year.
For me this was $50 down the drain, as simple as that.

Very little of their stuff worked correctly and given their ridiculously slow & poor support, making things right was just imaginary as it never happened.

I am NOT some newbie kid - have been using reseller hosting since around the year 2000 and before that just regular shared hosting.
My work has me using both WHM/cPanel and DirectAdmin controlled domains.
My exclusive clients expect flawless email accounts and great site reliability.
I provide them with sites, hosting and maintenance.
This is why I test services like this provider for ~1 year BEFORE using them for real clients.

My oversight here was my not checking more deeply into their server's email abilities. - I did not test it deeply enough - my bad and it has failed too much after just 6 months.
I wasted most of 2 days just lately TRYING to make their email work - and it just would not work - and because of that, this test is now FINISHED.
I deleted all my domain accounts from there except for the reseller's account - which I was only using to monitor their uptime.

It seems obvious that their hosting got a poor reputation via hosting spammers.

I now regret paying the $50 for this service since wasting many, many hours of my efforts (unpaid) trying to make things work as they should have done FAR more easily than they ever did here.

It is no surprise that I was easily able to replace this horribly useless hosting with some at a lower cost that had a very normal & simple process to create accounts AND the email function at that other hosting worked correctly from the very 1st minute, almost effortlessly.

So, unless self-torture is desired I recommend to 100% AVOID THIS HOSTING !!!
