Excellent customer service,price & delivery. However I purchased a medal & rosette both personalised for a 5th birthday girl. The quality of the rosette was very poor & printing quality of personalisation was too! You get what you pay for in hindsight. I'm sure my daughter will love them tho

Hard to find similar products at a better price from local engravers.

We looked around and we could not find what we wanted for our presentation night. We went on Google found many things on offer but nothing stood out ! but then bingo found Sublime Designs Now.
we found what were looking for they had so much to offer.

Hello, I ordered some thank you trophies for 10 years service with our company and they are affordable, great weight and of excellent quality. I was quite surprised at how lovely they were. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was really helpful and it arrived exactly on time! Thank you so much, we are very appreciative. :)

Ordered was simple , easy to follow instructions, with everything i required in one place, couple of clicks and each item assorted, fast upload of my logo meant my order was submitted in a matter of a few minutes.

Confirmation Email came through within minutes too and it had instructions of how to alter my order had I made a mistake , something very useful if you make a mistake and wish to change something. That was then followed by my items being made within a few short days and sent again with a confirmation email.

Items were well packed and secure arriving swiftly, and look much better in reality then imagined.
All in all they made this an absolute pleasure to deal with, first class I have no problem recommending to others and I fully intend to use them again very soon.
